Downtown Denver condo rentals

10/10 would stay again and recommend.

Great modern apartment with a cool view and loads of space. Elevators are quick, but I also used the stairs right next to the unit. Free laundry on each floor and never had to wait for a machine during my 6 weeks there. All the pots, pans, dishes, and utensils you need. Very quiet neighbors, though the street outside can get rambunctious (it’s the city!). Easy walking to Paramount Theater, 16th Street mall, Denver Center for the Performing Arts (12-14 minute walk), Cherry Creek Trail, Union Station, the capital, buses, light rail. There’s a Target close by and I recommend Pacific Mercantile if you’re looking for Asian groceries. There was an issue with the building while I was there, but the hosts were right on it and took care of it incredibly fast (also great to talk with; there’s a lot of interesting history to the building and neighborhood). I am so grateful I booked this VRBO and wouldn’t hesitate to do it again. If you train to/from the airport, Union Station is a 20 minute walk, or a short Lyft.

Location was great for walking around the neighborhood and close to restaurants, bars, museums, etc. The suite itself worked well for two people. It was a fun space!

Beautiful new property! Clean, beautiful rooms, comfortable beds with nice linens. Christina property manager is very prompt and accommodating in responding to your needs. We can’t wait till our next visit to Denver. We will absolutely stay here again.

The Acoma House was a perfect stay for us this weekend, traveling in for a concert at Red Rocks - super clean, cute, and great location, walking distance to some awesome restaurants! Easy Uber/Lyft into downtown less than $10 a trip. We will be back!!

Clean, beautiful space with really nice murals. Felt very safe with the keypad entry for the building door and room. It was a little loud at night as there are bars a couple streets away, but it was worth it for the convenient location near shops, restaurants, etc.

The property manager was so responsive, walking distance for so many things! And there is a quiet chill room downstairs that worked out great as a reading room. Parking requires some special attention but we were gone most of the day and get free parking on the street at night. Rooms were quant but the decorations were so well done. Overall I would absolutely stay here again.
