Rosemary Beach condo rentals

We truly can't say enough great things about this studio and the exceptional communication from the property managers. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed—with thoughtful touches like sweet treats, drinks, and kind text messages letting us know they were just a message away if we needed anything.The studio itself was spotless, tastefully decorated, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Everything you could possibly need was provided—beach access bracelets, shampoo, conditioner, body gel, a blow dryer, dishes, utensils, coffee...you name it, it was there. There is a beautiful partial view of the ocean from the 4th floor balcony and the lovely pool is right down below. This studio is walking distance to bars/restaurants and shops, so it's definitely the perfect location.This has been our best experience in Seacrest so far, and we’re already looking forward to returning to Hygge Heights in the future!

Great location! Comfy bed. Everything was great except there was no ice in the ice maker so I’m assuming it didn’t work because it never made any either.

Perfect location for beach and town! House is clean, comfortable, and well stocked. 3rd trip to Rosemary and we would absolutely stay here again!

Location is great and the property is exactly as pictured if not slightly better. My only complaint is that the floor seemed to be sandy when we arrived.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay at the Carriage House. Lovely neighborhood with minimal walking distance to beach walkover, restaurants, shopping. Very clean and perfect for 2 people. Only slight drawback is going downstairs at night for the restroom. We definitely recommend this for 2 people

The perfect anniversary stay! My husband and I absolutely loved our stay here! The location was ideal with just a short walk to the beach, and there were fun shops/entertainment right under the condos! The environment was all very safe and clean. Our condo was immaculate with everything we needed for our stay. The hosts were very easy to contact, always responded quickly, and helped with any accommodations. They provided several helpful recommendations for food, which we took advantage of and are so glad we did! We will definitely recommend this stay on 30a!

My husband, five year old daughter and I just spent four days at the carriage house. We love it here! You are perfect walking distance from everything in Rosemary. Pool is a two minute walk away. The beach is not much further and all the shops and restaurants are a beautiful stroll away. Bed is comfortable, linens are perfect, we had everything we needed to cook meals and the shower is large. We will be back for our third stay here soon!
