Great location to beach. Quiet

This place was perfect for my 17 year old son and I! We had a blast! The accommodations were very nice. We loved the kitchen. The water pressure was awesome. The bed is super comfortable. Super close to the pool and a very short walk to the beach. We will definitely be back!

Cute property, just like it was pictured. Nice location, close to a bike rental and Grayton beach downtown. It was too cold to use the pool but it looked very nice.

The renovation in this unit is incredible, comfortable, beautiful, and our stay was fantastic. Needed to shift our travel dates slightly, and the host was gracious and helpful.

This place is perfect! My partner and I stayed here for a week for a beach vacation. The place is even nicer and more spacious than the photos. Everything was very clean, bed was super comfortable, bathroom very nice, and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook full meals (including some nice additions like a blender, handheld electric beaters, etc.). Also FYI the TV is mounted on a swivel stand so it can face the couch or the bed and it also has cable TV, so we enjoyed watching TV in bed on lazy evenings. There are a few really good restaurants within walking distance (highly recommend Surfing Deer, Perfect Pig, and Cafe Thirty A), plus a bike rental shop right next door. We had fun biking to seaside for brunch and even biked all the way to Rosemary Beach to explore for the day. We also biked to the nearby Publix for groceries since we didn’t rent a car. The beach entrance is right across the street from the condo building and the unit comes with three beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and some beach toys for kids. All in all it was a wonderful stay and we would definitely stay here again!

Property was exactly as described. We had everything we needed. Easy beach access and within walking distance to Seaside. Teri was very responsive and super helpful!

We greatly enjoyed our 4 night stay at Rhapsody in the heart of Seaside. The unit includes a well stocked kitchen and lots of outdoor patio space overlooking Ruskin Place. The beds are super soft. The bathrooms are small but very functional. We did spend more time than expected in the unit due to bad weather, so we would have enjoyed more comfortable sitting options in the family room to use the huge tv. The huge ottoman from the pictures would have been great, but it has been replaced by a tiny coffee table. The unit does not have an attached parking space but they do provide paid parking now that Seaside is charging to park. One day during our stay, an event was ongoing and parking was a challenge. This could provide some challenges when the crowds surge soon. The location is amazing and can’t be much better if you want to be near tons of food and shopping options!

Perfect for a girls trip or small family! The only thing we didn’t read closely enough about was there was no washer / dryer in unit. But it was perfect!
