We enjoyed our stay at Orange Lake Resort. I contacted the Luc Group host with a question, and he was immediately attentive and provided me with the information within a few minutes. The location and property are great! I appreciate the thoughtful amenities, such as small salt & pepper shakers, laundry soap, dishwasher tablets & dishsoap, plenty of towels, etc. The pools and other activities are fun and well maintained. The staff were all friendly and helpful. My only recommendation would be more specific details for the different properties that Luc group manages at Orange Lake Resort, such as which village this specific property is located in. Thanks for a great stay!

This is our 3rd time staying at Story Lake. Its a great location- close to the parks and tons of shopping options close by. The pool and amenities at the Hideaway Club are great - Michelle and Tracy are the best bartenders! The only complaint I have is the condos can be loud. We were on the second floor and I dont know what the family upstairs was doing, but everynight between 3 and 4am, I could hear what sounded like a basketball being bounced. It was noisy every evening and morning. If youre a light sleeper, I would recommend getting the top floor or a townhouse. Other than that, it was perfect!
