South Beach condo rentals

Stay was excellent!! We were in a great South Beach location, on Ocean Drive, just south of 5th. The pool was behind the condo and just a few steps from the ocean. Free access to chairs and an umbrella was wonderful. The condo was small; but sufficient. The bathroom was tiny; but everything work fine. Ted was a terrific host. He was remarkably easy to communicate problems and solutions. In addition, Ted provided dinning and outdoor activities close to the condo

This was my first time in Miami, and it was amazing! The apartment is super stylish and has the most incredible bay view – I couldn't stop taking pictures! The building feels like a resort with two awesome pools, two jacuzzis, and a gym that I used every morning. There’s also a huge garden and even a private beach, which was really cool. The location is perfect, close to everything, so I got to explore Miami Beach easily. Coming from Europe, I’ve never stayed anywhere like this before, and it totally blew my mind! Can’t wait to come back!

Carl is a great host and landlord. The place is better than he describe and he was always available to answer any questions I had. I’m new to Miami and this unit was the determining factor to decide whether I wanted to stay here or move back home to Georgia. Carl’s condo had all of the updated appliances included a Nespresso machine that made the best coffee, and the location is right on the ocean. You can see the ocean from the balcony. The furniture and artwork in the unit is nicely decorated and the bed is sooo comfortable. I would highly recommend staying in his condo. After I stayed a month, I decided to rent another condo in the same building for a long term rental. This is a very busy area with lots of things to do and places to eat, you don’t even need a car. In conclusion, the owner of the unit is friendly and the space is nice and I’d give it a thumbs up.

This a perfect location for people looking to party and explore, and for people who like quiet and want to be close to the beach. The studio apartment was clean, cozy, convenient and secure. Everything you’d want in a vacation home is here. I would rent this home for future trips to South Beach.

Nice and clean apartment with a great ocean view Conveniently located by the beach, 10 minutes away from the convention center around the corner from TAQUIZA, one of my favorite tacos places ever Giulio and his team were easy to communicate with and I’d definitely rent that property again ! This apartment is in the middle of everything in South Beach. You can literally walk almost anywhere in the neighborhood. There is a lovely southern view from the balcony and no noise to disturb, especially while sleeping. This is a gem of a place.
