Kona Isle condo rentals

We found your property and condo very delightful. The condo had most everything we needed for cooking, had plenty of towels for personal, pool and sun, beach chairs, snorkeling equipment. Even some basic spices in the kitchen, enough paper goods for most of the week which we refreshed before the end of our stay. Sufficient cleaning supplies and nice appliances. It took a couple of tries to understand the dishwasher and the washer dryer combo. All was in great working order . The nightly sound of the waves put us to sleep and the view from the lanai was Awesome as was the whale watching from the same spot. The property was quiet and pretty much occupied by our same vintage 😉👍 The manager is hard working and we often observed him cleaning the grill area, raking the sand and all around cleaning and maintaining the grounds. Very nice man and I’m sorry to have not asked his name. Parking was easy and all in all we would visit this condo again. We loved the little market walking south and across the street. All the vendors were so nice. The Ahi Poke bowl was amazing, so was the chocolate vendor, the Hawaiian soap, etc. I brought my Ukulele and enjoyed the sunsets as I played. The waves were pleasant and quite loud so I don’t think anyone else could hear my playing and that’s okay, lol. One drawback is that there aren’t a lot of routes to walk other than the busy Alii Road. Time to upgrade your sheets and the comforter was getting rather pillballed . Mahalo 💕😊🌴

This was our sixth trip to Kona Isle and we found this well-appointed unit has nice touches that many rentals lack: dishwasher, numerous hooks for convenient storage, a keypad for the door so you never worry about keys, and kitchen knives sharp enough to enjoy preparing food. Most importantly, the owner is helpful and responsive. When we had a minor hiccup, she called quickly and everything was resolved in a matter of minutes. When our flight home was canceled, she was super kind and helpful to accommodate us for a couple of extra days despite the hassle of rescheduling cleaning between tenants. Definitely recommend this owner and condo!

This clean, beautiful, newly remodeled condo was exactly what my husband and I were looking for on our first couple's trip away (without our kids)! The location within the property is spectacular, with its amazing ocean view. Walk out the back door just steps away from lounging chairs, palm trees, well maintained grills, and did I mention the view?! From sunrise yoga to flaming sunsets, or stargazing at night, do not miss the opportunity to soak everything up. We enjoyed our early morning wakeups, sipping Kona coffee on the patio, greeted by unique spotted doves, Brazilian cardinals, and brightly painted geckos. Watch tropical fish in curves of waves, and dolphins splashing by. Although there is a clean, sparkling pool on the grounds, don't let the saltwater pool next to the property deceive you; it's surprisingly clear and refreshing when the waves wash through it! As much as we loved relaxing in this home, we also took advantage of its central location on the island. Nestled near the quaint town of Kona, it is minutes from great food and shopping (don't miss Happy Hour at Huggos on the Rocks). It's near some really great beach parks, hiking, and snorkeling locations. We drove all over the Island, and after our daily hikes, swimming, and adventures, it was so nice to come home to a restful, peaceful place, where the sound of waves lulled us to sleep. Absolutely loved staying in this unit! I have stayed in several different units on property and this is my favorite so far. I appreciate that it was clean, well stocked, and had nice furniture and theming. The view from the patio and now stomping feet above us made walking to the third floor worth it!

Unit location is perfect. A 2 mile walk to town Yet far enough away to have peace and quiet. Condo was clean and well stocked. Owner was easy to work with and is very accommodating. Looking forward to staying again in the future
