Beautiful, clean, and spacious. Beds were super comfortable. Very quiet building and very cool saying estates in a castle!! Highly recommend!

We can’t say enough about the location of this apartment. It’s located between two of the best streets for dining in the Heritage Hill neighborhood. We have enjoyed walking to restaurants, shops, parks and many other wonderful amenities nearby. Everything inside the apartment is brand new (furniture, kitchen items, bedding and mattresses, washer and dryer, etc.). What’s not new is the house. It’s a historical home (and feels like it), so don’t expect level floors and perfect walls. Those imperfections are part of the charm of living in this adorable neighborhood. The front porch is one of my favorite parts of the house, as well as the spacious parking area. The apartment has everything included for your stay — toiletries, cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, fully stocked kitchen, new towels — which were very helpful to us. Christian is doing an amazing job making interior improvements while we’ve stayed here. I know he plans to continue making this apartment even better with an upgraded kitchen (which would be a great improvement). He’s been so reliable and easy to communicate with during our month stay. For the price we would DEFINITELY stay here again.

This was a perfect place to stay for our one night in GR for a concert. Cute, private, and loved the Nespresso!!!

Felt like this was home away from home. Communication with the owner was on point at every step of my stay. She made sure I felt what good customer service is. Went above and beyond and I definitely appreciate that. Had the feeling she really cared about my comfort while I was staying. Would definitely recommend and if needed I would look forward to staying there again.
