Just as pictured! Clean and stocked with essentials. Responsive to issue with coffee maker. It was perfect location for us to go to our favorite places on Keuka!

I am so happy we picked this cute studio loft for our visit. In addition to the excellent location, the studio was remodeled perfectly and equipped with top of the line amenities... better than any hotel! Our pup enjoyed it as well, and she must have been comfy because she didn't wake us up all three nights we were there... which is rare for her! The only downside was the stairs were rough for her, so we had to carry her up & down (she is a 14 year old beagle & we wanted to be cautious). But I wouldn't have changed our choice of location. We would absolutely stay here again!

We love the area and often take trips here. This property was lake front with a beautiful view. The rate was good for this area. The place was clean and just as described. The bathroom is tiny but completely functional. Coffee on the porch was a favorite along with ending the day sitting on the dock. Close to everything. We would stay again.

This property is very clean and nicely decorated. As soon as you enter you'll feel at home. Plenty of space for three couples and has everything you need to enjoy your stay. The location is great for the west side of Seneca Lake, just about half way up the lake. We will definitely be back.

Great location. Friendly merchants, close to many eateries with local atmosphere. Wineries and tap houses within 5 to 10 minutes. Would enjoy visiting same area/venue again.
