Clean and beautiful house with a very nice pool and a wonderful view to the bay. Owner is extremely friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay excellent. The only thing one should be aware of is that the main Montauk road runs right in front of the house, so you will hear noise from cars. However the landscaping blocks any view of the cars and this really wasnt an issue for us. Overall a really great stay, and I cant say enough good things about the owners bending over backwards for us to make our stay enjoyable- he even left us a brand new keg of Guinness beer in the bar!

Chrys was super. Easy check-in. Beach pass was awesome. We saw humpback whales at Cooper's beach on both days we were there!

It was great, Larry the property owner was super cool and very welcoming. The apartment was a perfect fit for me and my daughter and very close to the town of Hampton Bays. I’ll stay again in the future. Truly recommended

My husband and I enjoyed our time at this carriage house. We can’t say enough nice things about it. The living space was perfect for the two of us and a short visit from a relative. The house was impeccably clean and had everything you needed for your stay. The location is perfect for walking to town. Also, close to the beach and many restaurants. The hosts were always available to answer any questions. We will definitely return.

This property is perfect if you are looking for a small space that’s warm and inviting and close to everything you want to do in Westhampton. The hosts were super nice and easily accessible. We had no issues while there and really enjoyed our stay. They added so many nice touches to make our stay more comfortable - from a goodie basket with wine and snacks to some essentials in the fridge - and lots of necessities in the bathroom too! Would def recommend staying here…. I’m certain my husband and I will be back!

We had a great experience. The location was very convenient and the place was very comfortable and clean. The listing is exactly how it looked when we arrived. We will certainly stay again.

We were 5 adult women and had a wonderful time. The 2 fire pits by the pool were wonderful and the owners were very attentive to our requests and needs, friendly too. Good location next to Shinnecock Bay Beach, walking distance. Would stay here again!
