This little studio was perfect for my work trip. Close by my destination and all the space I needed for the weekend.

Great except stairs getting to Old for climbing Out side light could be brighter.but overall a great place

Just the size we needed with everything we needed. Clean, very quiet neighborhood. Great porch to sit and drink coffee or read. Very clean. Great communication with owner.. Would stay here again!

We had a fantastic stay at this Vrbo property! The apartment was spotless and beautifully decorated, providing a cozy atmosphere. The location was perfect—close to local attractions but still peaceful. The host was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

This location was ideal for us dropping our son off to Wake Forest University as a freshman. It was well stocked and very clean and appreciated the first day check-in with the host Kitchen was Darling and had more than plenty of essentials. Couch seemed dirty but we covered it with a blanket Beds were not particularly comfortable and the pull out mattress was not great However, everything else was enough to make this a five star stay

Perfect space for one person or a couple. Immaculate. Across from Hanes Park for great walks or jogs.

This was an ideal stay for visiting the UNCSA campus and Winston-Salem in general. Beautiful, quiet neighborhood, an impeccable home, and very friendly/accessible hosts. I stayed solo this time but had the option of a pullout bed for my (teen) child who was visiting campus. The place is perfect for singles, couples, or a family of 2-3 (or 4 with younger kids who can share a bed). Street parking was a piece of cake but there’s also a garage. It’s quite literally across the street from UNCSA, and many amenities are just down the road a mile or two. If our future plans bring us this way I would book again without hesitation. Thanks for making this a lovely trip!

The property is beautiful and very well-kept! I would definitely want to stay there again when next in the area. It was the perfect size for two people but I would have loved to see a bit more love on the outside (a deck perhaps) as I love to sit outside and have a beverage while taking in nature.
