James Island condo rentals

Spent a weekend anniversary trip here visiting Charleston, and it was the perfect little studio for a short stay. We like to eat most meals in, so we appreciated the nicer dishes and drink glasses that most rentals don't provide. The hot water is very limited, so if you have more than one person, spread out the showers or be very quick! It is very conveniently located to downtown Charleston and overall a great place for two.

What an incredible, historical and charming home! This beautiful house was in a perfect location where we could easily walk the town. Paul was a great host and greeted us upon arrival and was gracious and accommodating in every way! We loved our stay here!

The house was absolutley beautiful. We werent farther than 7 minutes from anything and we woke up to fantastic weather ever day. The dual shower heads were very welcome after a few hours at the beach and the dehumidifier was a life saver.

Private suite on the left side of a rancher including private entrance and backyard. Very nicely constructed and spacious. Prime location on James Island just off the main drag. Owner was very responsive when batteries died on the smart lock.

Perfect for what I needed

My friend and I were very impressed with this property and the location of it. It was easy to Uber to Charleston and enjoy a night out. James was a lovely host and communicated very effectively. When I booked this stay, I mentioned it was my friend's birthday, and we were welcomed with a small gift! I highly recommend this property if you are looking for somewhere on the quiet side but close to all the major attractions in the Charleston area.

Very quiet and comfortable upstairs apartment. Attention to detail was nice. The neighborhood was right off the main road near grocery store, and about a 5 minute drive to Folly Beach. Scenic view over the marsh. Appreciated the beach chairs, and the owners were very attentive!

The owners hospitality was amazing. The apartment was clean comfortable and fully stocked. The location was so convenient to food shopping downtown and the beach. The view was beautiful. The neighborhood was so quiet. An absolute gem!!
