Phoenix cottage rentals

We arrived on our second trip to lovely spring ranch and found the same warm hospitality and friendliness of our hosts the Hinds, John and Jean. It literally felt like a homecoming event as we toured the new construction the John had completed and enjoyed a vbisit with Jean. She makes wonderful bread which was once again waiting for us on the kitchen counter. The ranch has two nice bedrooms and was more than roomy for the three of us staying there. Our favorite activity was to sit out in the warm evening and enjoy the backyard and the quiet. John has created a wonderful western setting in the backyard including a saloon. We spent several hours swapping stories and enjoying a beer in that new facility. We'd highly recommend it for anyone who likes a comfortable place in a rural type setting.

We travel to Phoenix for medical appointments and this place is the silver lining. A perfect place to relax and getaway from the hustle and bustle.

Clean, convenient location near downtown Phoenix with plenty of kitchen and bathroom amenities. Communications with the owner were great - no issues with check-in/out.

Very cute little house! It was perfect for just me, though it would be good for a couple or even three people too. It had everything you needed from a full kitchen to a laundry room to a covered car park. The owner was very communicative and nice, the WIFI was great, and it had extra soap, towels, laundry items, AND feminine products which isn't something I see too often, so nice touch. It was very convenient in the middle of Mesa and close to pretty much everywhere with some good places to eat nearby.My ONLY complaints are that there was a rooster (?) or some kind of animal who woke me up early every morning, and (this isn't a complaint, just something for someone to know about before going) I think the water was either well water or hard water as it had an odd smell in the shower and even after going through the water purifier, which really killed my hair. Obviously nothing the owners can help, hence why i'm still giving 5 stars. Just things I think are good to know ahead of time.

The cottage is clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable. We especially appreciated the quiet yet convenient location. The delicious citrus and eggs were a treat. Our grandkids enjoyed meeting the chickens.

This is a charming casita with everything you could need and the hosts are friendly and helpful. It provides a peaceful oasis in a location that offers everything from arts and dining to mountain hiking.
