Tustin cottage rentals

Loved everything about staying at this location! It was an amazing experience with the family! Perfect getaway.

We always enjoy our week at Chase’s cottage. We celebrated Mother’s Day, had beautiful weather and were lucky enough to add a couple of extra days to our vacation. We looked forward to having coffee in the morning and a glass of wine at night out on the new deck furniture. Until next time!!

We returned to this nice, cozy beach cottage and enjoyed it again. Lots of things to do including the US Open of Surfing event. We’ll try to come back in the future.

First, location is great. 1 block to shops and restaurants and about 7 blocks to ferry that takes you to Newport Beach. The bay is 2 blocks to each side. Next, the house is great. Able to seat 11 people on fhe deck for dinner with a grill. Beds are super comfy and large, well stocked bathroom. Beach towels provided along with boogie boards!! The living room is right off the front door with 2 couches and 4 chairs. Perfect for family game night or movie night. Can’t say enough good things! Hated to leave but will be back.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in many Balboa rentals, but never on the canal. What a splendid location to study the earths' gravitational pull! The canal, with its' low tides allowed for safe, easy swimming and paddle boarding for the kids, plus access into the marina from either end. The house was as presented on line and well equipped for our week long stay. It was very clean after a very noticeable remodel and "freshen up"! The unique location, so close to Little Balboa, is for those who want a "little quieter vibe", yet just a half block from a bustling downtown. Finally, could not be a more friendly and professional property manager than Steve Corzan. We were thoroughly pleased and satisfied by our rental experience with Abrams Coastal. Bravo!

Perfect location for walking to the beach and nearby restaurants. Outdoor deck was a huge plus. Home is well maintained.
