Find cottage rentals near Coronado Beach

Nice clean place with everything you need. Lovely little monarchs would greet me everyday. Even some nice beach chairs and towels! Easy access to beach and boardwalk with good restaurants within walking distance. Hope to come back next summer!

The cottage was a perfect choice for us. It had everything we needed to start our days and for the occasional dinner in. I was amazed at how close it was to so many of the things we planned but so quiet for relaxing. We had some rain while visiting so we were glad to have the extra space (as opposed to a hotel room) to entertain ourselves. I was worried about the parking but it was no problem.

Hard to find location to park car & enter gate to property. Once inside, though, a very pleasant small cabin. Outfitted thoughtfully with plenty of storage, full basic kitchen, outdoor seating area & small gas grill. Beautifully clean. Very private location tucked into the core of La Jolla. Very short walking distance to groceries & restaurants. Convenient walk to the La Jolla Open Aire Market on Sunday mornings. If using a map app, enter 945 Pearl Street. This is the building to the left of the narrow alleyway off Pearl Street into the property & parking. Do not lose heart as you go down a narrow alley in back of stores and restaurants with some trash dumpsters. You will come to a Montessori school on the right just before the covered carport. During the day, you can hear the joyful kids playing outside & kid talk about shapes, colors and making a line :-). Owner lives in adjacent property, is a great host. Moose the dog is friendly and may welcome you with announcement barks.

This cute cottage was just what we wanted for our weekend in San Diego. The location provides easy access for everything Old Town has to offer, including the Transit Station to access the Trolley. The cottage is a good size for a couple; having a full kitchen is very convenient; and the on-site, off-street parking is a great bonus! We will definitely stay here again on future trips!

I’ve been there with my dad for 4 weeks. Michael was a super friendly and helpful host. Had a few talks together and get some cool and nice tips / recommendations. It’s worth a stay.

This house was in the best location - walking distance to restaurants, beach, shuttle, park. Everything we needed was there- beach toys/boogie boards, beach chairs/umbrella. So much in such a small space, 2 bedrooms/1 bath and the full kitchen. We have small boys- and the decor was gorgeous- too fragile for the boys, we just moved it when we first arrived to storage above the laundry machines/fridge. The patio area was great to set up for the beach/unload. The house was clean, had everything in the kitchen for cooking; we appreciated how thoughtful Jessie was- putting the essentials in the fridge (ketchup/mustard/soda/water and more). We took our wagon and nearly every day made the quick/easy walk to and from the beach with little kids (4yo,6yo). The neighbors were friendly, always had easy parking on the street right in front of the house. The few times we parked 2-3 blocks away, after 7pm we were able to move the cars right to the house. My husband works remotely via computer and had great wi-fi for the trip , no issues. We used our wagon and walked to Vons grocery store to load the groceries and was an easy short walk. For any family ok with 1 bathroom- this is the best house for Coronado. We walked to the 4th of July parade on Orange, then the golf course for fireworks. We have already recommended this house to many friends.
