Holmes Beach cottage rentals

Sailfish was perfect for beach vacation. Literally the beach comes right to your patio. Accommodations were perfect. Even beach chairs and umbrellas were on the new side, in great condition. Highly recommend.

Me and my husband, stayed the week before memorial day. Perfect place, nice little back area to sit and relax with perfect size little pool. the house is so cute, with retro good quality appliances and furniture. Very Very unique property. Would love to stay again. Has everything you need to go to the beach, great wagon and chairs. maybe 2 minute walk to beach access. Would get a golf cart next time to drive around the island instead of the car we rented.

Me and my husband came here for our honeymoon, and we had a great time! The house was super cute and within about 10 minutes of everything we wanted to do!

Myself my wife and two young children (2 and 4) stayed here and it was perfect. Wagon was super helpful getting everything to the beach and the walk is 1-2 minutes. Would 100% stay here again, can’t recommend it enough

Great private pool and newer duplex, everything you could want, beach walking distance 5 min, great central spot to the island, the back yard and pool was the highlight for me..to be able to spend time at beach then come back and relax in pool is the best. Thank you for a nice stay

This is a great place to go if you love the beach. The house is as listed. I initially thought the pool would be too small but it was perfect for 3 to 4 people to get in and cool off. This was by far the cleanest and most comfortable VRBO we have stayed in. I would definitely stay there again. The beach is a quick walk 2 to 5 min. Publix has great steaks if you want to grill.

My husband and I stayed here Jan thru March 2023 and had multiple visitors within that time frame. The property was well equipped. The appliances were exceptional and the beds were comfortable We had two small pets, and the fenced in, grassy yard was perfect for them. Can’t beat the location: a short walk to an uncrowded beach and to multiple restaurants and shops (including a grocery store). We had an issue that required an urgent response from Michaela and her team and they reacted quickly and resolved the issue in a very satisfactory manor. We would not hesitate to stay here again in the future.

This property was perfect for my family of four! The house was charming and clean. The pool in the backyard was perfect for evening swims. The beach was only a 2-3 minute walk which is perfect for my family since we spent most of our time there enjoying the crystal clear blue water!! Would definitely stay here again!
