  • Very nice flat in a quite location

"The pictures show the flat as it is: nice and clean, with no unnecessary things (decorations, old furniture, etc). Lots of space in the rooms, the kitchen is small, but you find all the basic items there (no dishwasher). Location is quite , many supermarkets are just around the corner. It takes about 20 min walking to reach the center of Vienna. In case you travel with kids there are many good playgrounds in the area."

  • Perfect Location!

"One of the best vacation rentals we have stayed in. Very well appointed, efficient apartment with everything one would need and more! Ali greeted us and introduced us to all the details. Very clean and quiet apartment, perfect for 1-2 persons and walking distance to everything. The apartment included a bottle of wine, 2 bottles of water, a bowl of fruit, new kitchen supplies, environmentally conscientious toiletries, fast wi-fi. Exceeded our expectations. We would certainly stay here again and recommend to all our friends."

  • Home away from home

"To summarize: everyday we felt like we were coming HOME from our daily sightseeing! From the warm reception from Christa and her husband, who were waiting for us to give us the keys, parking tickets, instructions on how everything worked, to the beautiful Christmas tree in the corner, everything said HOME. The pictures don't do the apartment justice! The master bedroom was very well appointed, with plenty of storage, a comfortable, large bed (the lighting was a little low, hard to read). The second bedroom was great, the boys had separate beds, which was perfect. We hardly used the living room, because we got home so late, we didn't feel like watching TV (plus we don't speak German). The bathroom is large and very modern, with a rack that offered plenty of storage and a basket full of toiletries in case you forgot something. The kitchen was stocked with EVERYTHING you could possibly need, including several kinds of coffees and teas. We bought stuff for breakfast, (the only home meal) from a nearby grocery store. The only issue was parking, even though you really don't need a car in Vienna, we had to have one, as we were also going to other destinations in Austria, Germany and France. We did find a garage at a shopping mall for 15 Euros a day. On the weekend, the parking in front of the apartment building is free, otherwise, you have to put new tickets in the window every 2 hours, which makes sightseeing impossible. In conclusion, we had a fantastic time for the 5 nights we were there, and we will definitely return next time we're in Vienna, next time in summer, probably."

  • Everything we were looking for!

"This place is not only a great location and close to transit, but has grocery, pubs, and shopping nearby. It's got a real funky vibe to it being down below (brick ceiling, cool layout, and tastefully decorated), and was easy to find. We would definitely stay here again if we go back to Vienna. The owner is really great to deal with as well! We walked to Schoenbrunn Palace our first day (15-20 minutes), and saw the sights around there (don't miss the Apple Strudel show!). We highly recommend the Vienna Pass as it gets you in free to almost all of the major sights (St. Stephens, the Palace, museums, Mozart's house... tons!), so pays for itself pretty quickly. Also did a Segway tour, which was lots of fun... recommended for ages up to 65 (we are 50 and 55). Beyond 65, unless you are pretty active, might have some challenges getting on one for the first time. Our last day, we did a day trip to Mauthausen concentration camp which was very good. If you do that though, don't plan to do anything else, it's pretty much a full day thing. Anyway, we loved Vienna and staying at this property! Thanks Sandra!"
