  • Perfect home away from home!

"We stayed for 5 beautiful days in Aisling cottage with our 5 year old son. Everything you'd ever need is here. Connie did a marvelous job sharing information about places to visit, restaurants to try and where to go listen to live music. She arranged a private walk through the Burren for the 3 of us, which was the highlight of our stay--her friend Mary, who led the walk, provided great stories of the area. She was magnificently patient with our son, and showed us places that even people who are locals for years to the area have never seen. For that, we are eternally grateful. The home is lovely, a picturesque cottage in the midst of trees and a beautiful garden. It really is magical, what I pictured the wild of Ireland to be like. There's plenty of room for a huge family, with several bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 separate dining spaces, not to mention the entire space outside which is great for kids---plenty of space to explore and roam around carelessly. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this place. We'd never been to Ireland before, and all of our experiences---the wonderfully kind, patient and gentle people, the wild landscapes, the magic in the air---it all comes together beautifully at Aisling Cottage. Thank you so much!"

  • Very warm welcome, lovely apartment.

"We were warmly welcomed by Trudy to her lovely apartment and shown around. There was beautiful fresh flowers in the lounge and bedroom, what a nice touch. The apartment is light and airy, all the appliances & furnishings are good quality. There is a lovely little garden with seating. You have everything you need for a comfortable stay. The apartment is very conveniently situated, it is by the number 11 tram which takes you into The Hague one way or the beach the other, it is close to nice shops, bars and restaurants (willem de zwijgerlaan ) The beach, and promanade are about a 15 minute walk away. We had a wonderful 2 weeks. Thank you Trudy for your warm welcome."

  • Mas Lubieres - Gem in the Heart of Provence

"We spent a week at this lovely house in the countryside 8k from Saint-Remy-de-Provence. It is a central location for exploring the area. The house is very modern, clean and well appointed. I like to be able to cook when I travel, so a clean kitchen with all the tools I need is important to me. All of the appliances were in good working order including an outdoor grill. All that said, what makes this house magical is it's setting and the personal service provided by the owner. The house is nestled amongst picturesque provencal countryside offering beautiful views from every window and privacy. Claude met us in town (when we got lost) to guide us to the house and welcomed us with local wine and olive oil. She shared local information and recommendations that made our trip special. She was kind enough to print some tickets that we needed for the next leg of our trip. We were sad to leave and would love the opportunity to return in the future."
