  • Three at 3Kings

"We (family of three adults) stayed at 3Kings over Christmas, chosen because it was large enough for each to have their own space but with lots of room to come together at mealtimes and in the it's a lovely walk into the centre of Bruges, so no need for a car. The house is well equipped (dishwasher, washing machine, drier, all the kitchen equipment you are likely to need), tastefully decorated and is warm with comfortable beds - just what you need after a long days sight-seeing. We even managed to light the fire in the garden room and enjoy the novelty of having a beer outside in the depths of winter! Sophie is a good host, quick to respond and a very helpful atttitude :) The only (very slight) downside is the very slow speed of the wifi if you are used to high speed broadband, so take DVDs to watch rather than plan to stream movies online...but this is a very small thing when stacked against all the good things about 3Kings, which we would recommended without hesitation!"

  • Nice little house in a good location

"Spent 3 days in the house whilst visiting Bruges for the Christmas market. The house is located on a quiet street and within around 5-10mins (depending on pace) walk to the main square / town centre. There is a small shop and bakery at the end of the road, along with a couple of restaurants close by. The host (Freddy) met us on arrival and kindly showed us how everything worked. The bedrooms in the house are nice and spacious with comfy large beds, the only thing to note is that there is no door between the rooms (one is middle floor and one is upper floor) so those in the top room have to go past the end of the bed of those in the middle room if they want to go downstairs (the stairs are steep). The bathroom is located on the ground floor. The downstairs is an open plan kitchen / living / dining room with a nice big comfy sofa and space for 4 to eat. The kitchen has all the amenities one could require. There is a TV with a mixture of channels to suit most major languages, being English we could get BBC 1, BBC2 and BBC Entertainment. Another thing to note: there is only heating in the downstairs area so the bedrooms can become chilly at night if you don't keep the fire on and the doors open to let the heat rise. The bathroom is located at the back of the kitchen and is modern with a good powerful / warm shower. When we stayed there was a smell from the bathroom, this was nothing to do with the cleanliness of the bathroom, which is good, but due to the sewerage system in the city. Parking is possible on the street with a permit, which requires resetting every 4 hours (apart from Sunday's), or there is free parking on the city ring road about 10 mins walk from the house. All in all a nice house for 4 people in the lovely city of Bruges."

  • Perfect rental in Bruge

"We had an outstanding stay at De Drie Koningen. The communication was excellent prior to our visit and the property was excellent - so close to the centre of town and just as described and lovely and spacious. Thank you so much."
