The villa is really very nice clean and well maintained. There is everything you may need for a comfortable stay a dishwasher, a washing machine, a microwave oven, a cooker, a toaster, a fridge, a hair-dryer, a big flat-screen TV, a DVD-player with a lot of disks, a stereo. Internet is fast enough to use e-mail and social nets. The swimming pool is clean and pleasant. The location to my opinion is ideal. Just two minutes walk to the main road with lots of bars and restaurants 10 minutes walk to a big supermarket, Philippos, where you can buy all the food and items for the house, 10 minutes walk to the main and very nice sandy beach 5 minutes walk to the nearest stony beach. You don't need a car if you are not planning to explore the island.

FANTASTIC APARTMENT !

My husband and I have just had two wonderful weeks in the Marie Apartment at Chlorakas Park, the apartment is absolutely stunning, it has everything you could imagine - the lounge/dining room and bedroom have air-conditioning, (which is a must with the Cypriot temeratures - plus, both rooms had ceiling fans, which were great - we could never hear them when they were working!! We have stayed at 4* and 5* hotels, but the shower and bathroom in the apartment beats the hotel quality - the shower is amazing!! Everything is very clean and modern. The complex itself is very relaxing, and the swimming pool is lovely and refreshing.
