  • Fantastic villa in prime location

"Owner was pleased to answer any questions before and after booking and always willing to help. On arrival at the airport she had arranged a taxi to pick us up. He was waiting outside and drove us straight to the villa at a very reasonable price. The villa itself is super the pool is enclosed without anyone overlooking it. The amenities in the villa are all you could ask for, even down to a host of books, childrens float aids etc, there is nothing you will want for. There is a bar opposite, which is very quiet but you can have a drink and drop straight into bed. The supermarket and restaurants are within 5 mins walk. I can not praise this property enough."

  • Lovely villa

"We spent a week there and had a great time. The villa is well equipped and spacious. Steve- the owner - was really helpful and got in touch before we travelled to make sure everything was ok and we received the directions to the villa etc. Would definitely recommend."

  • Lovely, clean, well stocked apartment in great location.

"What can I say, we had an absolutely fantastic time in Cyprus and wonderful mornings and evenings spend in this lovely apartment. The roof terrace was amazing! (Would have been happy to pay a bit more for a hot tub up there If you ever want to invest 😉)...the apartment literally has EVERYTHING you can think of and is spotless! We had no pigeon issues, there are some there but didn't bother us as they, and the dog across the street, were quiet at night and thus had no negative impact on our stay. Tersefanou is a lovely village and all the locals were extremely friendly! Mezedomamata (a taberna I may have spelt incorrectly!) was our fave, the guys (who I suspect are brothers) couldn't do enough to make us feel at home. We turned up there early, before opening, and they just brought us drinks and a menu! Our last night, Sunday, happened to be a festival day and there were huge parties of locals and live music. Brilliant. The only reason this isn't a 5 star rating is that the pool was shut. Now I have messaged Sandi and apparently should have got an email stating that we should use the pool at the other side of the road. I have checked back through and don't appear to have received this. This isn't a criticism to Sandi as I am aware that she have no control over this and it is a management company, just a warning so that others are aware. Overall this is just a fantastic apartment in a beautiful country, we would happily go back there and highly recommend it. Thank you Sandi!"

  • As close to village life as you can get

"The little cottage is as described. Ish and Mehmet are lovely friendly helpful people and will do all in their power to help you. We joined them on a trip to the Karpaz and had a great time. All in all a more enlightening experience than most of the properties on offer. By the way Ish is a great cook and provided us with a barbecue evening followed at a later date with one of her home made offerings. But beware you are expected to indulge!! Wonderful experience!!!"
