  • comfortable convenient location

"spacious and warm, someone has given a lot of thought to requirements of temporary stay*. bedrooms/bathrooms excellent. welcome tea/milk and scones very thoughtful and much appreciated. Also soap and detergent was a lovely touch - we will be buying and using that brand from now on. Downside is lounge - very dark and dreary even with all the lights on. Although there were plenty of cupboards in the kitchen, they were all used with storage of pots/pans and there was *no space to keep food items and it would have been nice, as in every other self catering we have stayed in, to see a few basics such as condiments, oil etc. We would book again."

  • Fantastic weekend away , fantastic quiet accomadation

"My husband and I stayed in this wonderful converted barn accomadation . We only stayed Saturday and Sunday night for a long weekend . We wished we could have stayed longer . The accomadation was very clean and in a very quiet location up a quiet country road and down a private drive . It only took 5 minutes to drive into Bude and only 10 minutes drive from a fantastic beach . The accomadation backs right onto a golf course . It is a very peaceful place to stay . Away from all main road traffic. I even spoke to the owner on the telephone as we were booking it in the Internet . Anna is a lovely lady who kept to her word and rang me back and helped me with the booking on the Internet . Anna you truely have a lovely little house there . Hope to return again one day Thankyou Abi and Malcolm"

  • Just as the advert says Homely, Sunny Bungalow Enjoying Wonderful Countryside and Sea View

"Superb Property based in Superb Location within easy travelling distance to visit both Devon and Cornwall, from the moment of reservation of our booking the owner was available to answer any questions, the property is maintained to high standard (exceptionally clean) cosy/comfortable and well equipped. Our stay was a peaceful retreat (lovely quiet site). On arrival we got to meet the owner, which was lovely having only had contact via network prior to arrival and what a charming lovely lady, she not only welcomed us but also our beloved dog (Tyson) on entering the property and discovering the lovely welcoming gestures that had been left for us and clearly laden with finesse, including a doggie treat too speaks volumes. We used the Manor on our first night and thoroughly enjoyed our meal. Highly Recommended Property and would be looking to return (especially to this property). Tony Gill and Tyson"
