  • Brilliant!

"A very nice, clean and well equipped apartment, centrally situated and with parking - not always available in the centre of Exeter. Did bang my head on the sloping ceiling in our bedroom - but that's really my fault! But watch out! Overall very pleased."

  • Convenient and spacious

"Well situated for walking into the city and St David's the Wetherspoons across the road! It suited five of us very well - good views over the southern part of Exeter and a warm environment. We would have found a toaster and a teapot useful but otherwise a well-equipped kitchen. Nice that one bedroom has en suite. Handy that there is a parking space. We would recommend this as it's in an ideal location."

  • Lovely clean flat

"We had 3 full grown adults in this lovely flat. The rooms are more spacious then the pictures depict and very clean. The bed was very comfortable and the bed sofa was large enough. Having 2 bathrooms was a plus and the shower was top notch. The property manager was friendly and very helpful. The location was within a 15 minute walk to the city centre and plenty of shopping nearby."

  • Wonderful accommodation - could not fault.

"Property was perfect and always lovely to return to after a day out venturing. Really top notch. If you do not mind being a little remote then look no further, this is the accommodation for you. There is ample walking on your doorstep. Two superb pubs within walking distance Rugglestone Inn and The Old Inn both serving food which you could not fault. The Cafe on the Green also within walking distance did an excellent breakfast and Sunday lunch. Also great for a cake and tea."
