"We had a lovely time staying here for 1 week. The owner Ant is a fab host. The Chalet is lovely, cosy and warm.Wigford Farm is so peaceful and quiet in a lovely rural countryside children loved the garden and playing on trampoline, zipwire, swings, treehouse etc. They made friends with a little girl from the farmhouse and now still keep in touch by letters. We were so lucky with the weather for that week. There are plenty of places nearby to go to.We went out every day! We will definitely be back again in the near future. Thankyou xxx"

  • Fabulous cottage

"Fabulous well equipped and nicely decorated cottage in a great location. We had a lovely long weekend with our dog, Rupert and Rosie even provided details of suggested dog walks as well as restaurants. Booking was simple and straight forward - Rosie was very pleasant to deal with. Highly recommended and we will definitely book again!!"

  • Cosy cottage in perfect location

"We stayed for a week in the cottage and found the location perfect for eating out, shopping and dining. A few steps from the ferry to East Portlemouth, which we used on several occasions to access the excellent beaches and clifftop walks. The cottage itself was very well equipped and maintained, with useful extras like the electric barbecue, which we used to have steaks on the patio. We ate out on a few occasions and particularly liked the Victoria Inn. It's difficult to get parked near the property, so we bought a seven-day permit which allowed us to use the long-stay car park 5-10 minutes' walking distance (that permit also allows use of several other car parks across the South Hams). I can't really fault the cottage, though some may find the stairs a slight challenge. The owner, Ann Smith, was very pleasant to deal with and I would have no hesitation in recommending this property to friends or relatives. I certainly hope I have the opportunity to visit again in the future."
