  • Excellent well equipped and spacious apartment in a great location

"Would love to stay again. Only problem was that the wifi appeared to block remote connections to my office network"

  • Excellent location, service and room.

"We really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment is in a very convenient spot close to restaurants, shops, parks, tube stations, and within walking distance of almost all major London attractions. The apartment was clean and well cared for, and the staff were very friendly when they delivered our daily breakfast! We would definitely recommend this apartment block for families, couples or singles and would stay here again. Good value for money."

  • A great place to stay in London

"This is a nice apartment for two people or small (3-person) family. It is in a quiet neighborhood a two minute walk to the British Museum, a five minute walk to the Holborn underground (or the Tottenham Court station a 7 or 8 minute walk), or a ten minute walk to Covent Garden and then into the famous West End theater district. Walk in a different direction and you are in London's famous Oxford Street shopping district within minutes. This a very safe and fun neighborhood. One of London's great bookstores, run by the London Review of Books, is literally steps away, as is a small grocery store and numerous places to eat. I recommend the Turkish food restaurant Tas at the corner of Great Russell and Bloomsbury Streets (a five minute walk). James was very attentive to our needs, and was there to help when I couldn't figure out how to use the sofa bed. There is cable, Netflix, some DVDs (small but interesting collection), travel materials, a functional kitchen (that oven cooks fast and well!), and a great heating system. The bed is comfortable and ample for two people. But who wants to stay in their apartment when all of London is outside for you to see? The building's owners (James and Charlene own the apartment, not the building) are fixing up the interior, so the stairwell is being painted and refurbished generally. We did not find that an issue, but the apartment itself is clean and looks nice. While one might see a few nicks here and there, as you would in any house, other reviewers who commented about some missing grouting or a broken tile seem to me to be overly picky. This is not a run-down apartment, but a small flat in good condition in a great London neighborhood. It felt very homey for our week's stay."

  • Bloomsbury in February

"The location was excellent, and the services nearby met all our needs. Three things that bothered us: - no electrical outlet in the bathroom or close to the full length mirror in the hallway making using the hair dryer awkward for we 3 women - the apartment didn't match the pictures on your site; in reality it is in need of a little revitalization - the coffee making appliances were not clean Other than that the beds were comfortable, and comfortable seating was available to watch TV. All in all it worked out very well."
