  • Great Location

"Five women stayed here for 9 days and it did not seem cramped. Having 2 bathrooms was excellent. Apt was very well equipped. Location is perfect for walking to many good restaurants, tube stations, grocery store, many sightseeing spots. Area felt safe walking at night. With 3 of us in our 50's and 2 in their 20's, we often wanted to do different things at different times. Because we only had 1 set of keys and got no response at all on our request for a 2nd set of keys, it did make it difficult to juggle who had to be home to let the others in. With a 350 pound deposit paid, it would have been easy enough to charge us if we had lost the 2nd set. I recommend this apt if the group is going to be all doing the same thing so you wont have to juggle the keys. Otherwise we did enjoy our stay at this apt and loved the location and rooftop terrace."

  • Salisbury

"The Salisbury was the perfect apartment in the perfect location. We enjoyed the beautiful sitting room, with the tall windows looking out at the square, for our morning coffee and afternoon wine. The kitchen and bathroom were fine, attractively designed and stocked with necessities. We appreciated all of the storage in the bedroom, although the very small bed took some getting used to. The apartment is very quiet, while close to many conveniences, when inside we were in our own world. The location was ideal, close to The Tube and busses for long trips, but within walking distance of many sites for those who want to spend the day on foot. Our first day we walked to Parliament, Westminster Abbey, then to Tate Britain….a full day of walking but the perfect way to really see London. We also enjoyed a walk across Albert Bridge to beautiful Battersea Park. Within a mile is Kensington High Street where we shopped at Marks and Spencer and Whole Foods. We definitely felt that the Salisbury was home for our week in London."
