  • Perfect week on Rye High Street !

"We couldn't have asked for more ...right above Rye's High Street, everything at our fingertips. The apartment was just as described and comfortably decorated and furnished. Appreciated the DVD player and well-equipped kitchen. Beds comfy. Great town for exploring--streets alive with history, antiques, scenic views across to Winchelsea, Mermaid Street, museums. The train and bus stops 2 blocks down the hill---we made day trips to Tenterden, Royal Tunbridge Wells, Lewes and Canterbury. Could happily spend a month next time. Enjoyed The Apothecary and Cobbles Tearooms for 'Coffee-Walnut Cake' good !"

  • A very nice property with everything you need to enjoy a relaxing break..

"Had a great time with nine of us fitting easily into the cottage. Good position for walks out into the countryside or back into town. Nice bright conservatory we all could sit in and enjoy the view. Riverside would be great in s Spring and Summer. Dan, the owner, could not have been more helpful for all our needs. Thanks."

  • Relaxing in Rye!

"Wonderfully relaxing and homely cottage.Beautiful views of the marshes and countryside. The cottage is well equipped and couldn't be in a better position.Stumble out of the door and you are in the heart of historic Rye.Your dog can join in too, a bed and bowls were provided by the friendly owners.Dont be put off by the parking situation it really is easy to park in the market carpark which is close and only 1.50 per day.Would not hesitate to come back to the cottage and hope to do so in the near future."
