  • Excellent accommodation catering for young and old

"This was our second visit and love the new kitchen, which is very well equipped. All the rooms were clean and comfortable. We all very much appreciated Steve and Sue accommodating our special requests, thank you both. The property caters for both young and old and is close to local amenities, shops, pubs, takeaways etc. Lots of places of interest to visit within easy reach by car. We look forward to returning (circumstances permitting)."

  • Very spacious, lovely decor, good location.

"The property was wonderful, very modern decor, felt very homely. Situated on a quiet road also, we had no problems with noise of traffic or neighbors. Perfect location, with the town centre a short drive away and the sea just around the corner. Would recommend staying here!"

  • Great house beautifully integrated with the garden

"It was fascinating to stay in a house so recently designed and so obviously a home, with a really good collection of books. We were given lots of information beforehand by Sarah about the house, surroundings and general attractions nearby. Our four year old granddaughter loved the trampoline, the sprinkler and the child friendly chairs which helped her spend much of her time drawing, constructing etc at a table in the kitchen area. The house was very comfortable and well equipped. Enjoyed the dinosaur walk at the nearby Brook Bay, evenings at Totland Bay, walks on heather towards Alum Bay, jousting at Carisbrooke Castle. A very good place for a three generation family holiday."
