  • A great apartment in the centre of Beaulieu

"The apartment has been well thought out and designed. Great use is made of the space. The fold down bed is magic, there is room to leave it down or it is very easy to fold it away, depending on how the mood takes you! The terrace is a great size for a studio, again it has been well thought out and is very private and pretty with lots of lovely plants/ pots and candles. The location of the apartment is another bonus, 5 mins max from the shops and market and 10 min to the beach and port. We travelled with our pup, who had a great time and is now known in Beaulieu !! Thanks to all for a great holiday, we will be back!! Fiona and Alan"

  • Great location and very well equipped apartment

"The apartment is just as it looks in the pictures. It is very well equipped with very high quality furnishings, it is very clean and everything works well. There isn't any air conditioning, but we stayed through a very hot and humid week and it wasn't a problem - the doors are large and can be left open at night and the residence feels safe and secure. It is a 15 minute stroll to the train station and a few minutes more to town where there are plenty of excellent restaurants to choose from. The beach is a few minutes walk away and there is a pool at the residence. The owner was very helpful and answered all our questions, and the agent was very welcoming and helpful too so there is plenty of support if anything goes wrong. There is a fairly hefty deposit to pay, but it is justified by the quality of the fittings - and ours was repaid without any issue on departure. The only downside for us is that there was quite a lot of noise from the road and from the carpark below the apartments. The view, however, goes a long way to compensate, and being on the end means that there is a wide view across the bay to the town. Tall trees prevent an uninterrupted view of the bay, but it is a wonderful outlook and the huge balcony means that it can be enjoyed all the time. Villefranche sur Mer is an interesting town to explore, and the train gives quick and easy access to all the towns along the coast. Would also recommend a visit to the old town of Eze."

  • A lovely apartment

"We spent two great weeks in this apartment in July. It is very airy and comfortable, with everything you need for a great stay. It is also very central, just a few minutes walk from the shops at Villefranche and the beach. Bernice, the owner, could not have been nicer, she was extremely helpful with all the arrangements. A highly recommended apartment!"
