  • A birdseye view

"The property is in a beautiful location and the hosts Alain and Nathalie are lovely. The studio is very roomy, well equipped and private. I would recommend this accommodation wholeheartedly. You need a car, preferably a diesel that can cope with the hills in this area. Set your sat nav to arrive at the bottom of the road, otherwise it will try and take you down a rough footpath the other end. Though others have said that Eze is a relaxing ten minute walk away, this we found not to be so. The road is a cul de sac with a very poor and steep path at the end onto the road to Eze. Then requires walking on a road with very little footpath available. Take the car to Eze, it's safer. To see Eze at it's best, get there for 8 in the morning. Le Turbie is well worth a visit, Ville Franche is a sublime and the gardens of Mortolo are gorgeous. The headlands of Cap Martin and Cap D'ail are worth walking. Take binoculars to wonder at the luxurious boats meandering along the cost. All in all, highly recommended."

  • Beautiful chic home with stunning sea views

"This is a lovely home in a safe complex with stunning views over the bay of Eze and St. Jean - Cap Ferat and Cap Estel . The house was immaculately clean with very comfortable beds and nice linens. Top of the line appliances. Easy drive and train ride to Monaco and Italy. Several good restaurants below the home and on the beach. Have already recommended this home to friends and relatives."

  • Wonderful House and wonderful Eze

"We stayed at Henry's house in early July for a week with our three kids. Arrived late and woke to the wonderful view of the bay at Eze. A great place to explore the nearby villages and beaches, just a 5 minute walk down to the train. Then each evening we would walk down to the beach in Eze for a swim and then an ice cream and beer in the village cafe. We loved the quiet end of the beach by the train station, crystal clear water. Great recommendations in the notes at the house, early morning on Paloma beach and a walk around Cap Ferrat. The house is very comfortable, everything you need and then two amazing terraces to choose from for drink and bbq dinner with a view over the sea - magic. Thanks Henry, a great stay,"

  • Fabulous

"FABULOUS We have just returned from a weeks stay at this fantastic villa. We were excited by the photos but to be truthful the reality is even better. The view from the villa is incredible and the interior is beautiful. It is very well equipped and the peace and serenity was ideal after a day on the beach . We found it was very easy to get around and it is ideally situated for visiting Nice , Monaco and even Italy. We loved the pool and everything was immaculate both inside and outside villa. Its rare to find smaller villas which offer real luxury in such a good position and we will definitely return. Many thanks to Vaida the house keeper for her patience at our late arrival!"
