  • Beautiful villa in a great spot

"Lovely villa with everything a family of 4 needed. The pool was bigger than expected, was a perfect size and temperature and maintained every day. My children's rooms had a lovely view of the mountains and the shower in the main bathroom was amazing! There is an additional shower room and a solar powered one at the pool which was lovely. A ten minute walk downhill to the Port Sante and around to the beach with bars in between. A 2 minute walk to shops, a couple of bars and pizzerias which do take away. Had a lovely manicure at Sacha Beaute nearby. Get some Pissaladiere on Saturday from the man with the yellow truck at the market opposite. The villa is on a one way hill so expect some traffic noise. Some apartments overlook the pool and terrace but that didn't bother us, I hope we didn't bother them! Overall a perfect stay and would highly recommend."

  • What a view! Amazing place!

"This property under promised and outperformed! To the degree that Villefranche has one of the most beautiful harbors anywhere, the views from this house are beyond amazing! The home is in three sections, each with a kitchen. Beyond plenty of space and privacy. Pool was quite comfortable. Living room and dining room were way bigger than the pictures showed. Decor was tasteful and comfortable. And everything was spotless, clean, and easy. Communication was excellent and manager was prompt and easy to work with. Everything about it was wonderful and I would recommend and return! For families, be aware there are quite a few steps to access the home from the garage, and even more once you are in it. No problems at all with them but someone with mobility issues could be challenged. And with many homes, bathrooms/showers were a bit smaller than our US accommodations. That said, the living space was wonderful and the various areas allowed for lots of privacy if you wanted to get away from the crowd. Last it is a hilly ten minute jaunt to town. It is a charming and beautiful walk, but it is a walk. Truly lovely! Thank you for a wonderful spot!"

  • Breath-taking beautiful view of Cote´d Azur

"This Apartment is exactly as beautiful a location as the pictures indicate. Actually the pictures can not capture the real beauty off the view you get from the 30 feet balcony. Both the daytime and especially the evening view is just amazing. We travelled as a family 2 adults and 4 boys between 3-11 years old. The Apartment was sufficient in size and most of our time at the apartment we spent outside on the balcony or at the pool area. The pool was nice and clean with enough room for both kids and adults and for relaxing in the sun. Our overall experience of the apartment and pool exeded our expectations. The place was clean and well maintained. The Owner Larry has provided a top level service before during and after our stay. Well beyond our expectations. During our stay we went on numerous trips to the sea to other towns and naturally to Nice which is very close by. There are too many lovely places to mention but Larry has a full book of good places to go. That is a good guideline if you need inspiration. The little pizza restaurant on the top of hill across the Casino supermarket is worth a vist for a cosy evening dinner It is close to the road but very nice local food. This is a apartment that I would like to revisit and a place I would recommend to my friends and relatives. Only small notion is of course that when you live at a place with and elevated view you will have to climb some steps if you walk to and from the village. But it is only a 15 min walk to the sea still and the view outweigh by far the small walk. All in all one of our best vacation apartments and we have see quite a few."
