  • Simply Beautiful!

"Right in the heart of the action. Steps from Notre Dame, metro, shops and restaurants. The apartment is clean, very comfortable and has everything you need."

  • Comfortable Modern Flat in Great Location

"The apartment was quite comfortable and suited our needs - two adults with two teenage girls. Very clean and tidy - great internet- did not use the TV. Beds were comfortable and linen of good quality. As the apartment is facing the street and on the first (European) floor, the street noise can intrude. However, we were in a busy part of the city so street sounds go with the territory. No nightclub noise, just general street sounds. The meeting with Valentine to greet us was seamless as we also used the transfer service from CGG which worked out as well after a long travel day. When we departed, we just left the keys and walked out as we had to move up our departure time and Valentine was unable to meet us. The building felt very secure and the location was very good. Chic area two blocks from the US Embassy. A few minutes walk to the Metro, grocery and decent bistros. Ten minute walk to the Seine, Louvre and Champs Elysee. The information provided ahead of time regarding shopping locations, restaurants, etc. was quite helpful. This area does not have any "market streets" like Rue Rambuteau or Rue Cler or Rue Montogueil, but these places can easily reached by metro for the foodies in your group. Some suggestions for improvement of property: - provide laundry soap, dishwasher machine soap and full dish liquid. When spending over $2000 for a week in an apartment, those items should be included. - get a decent bread knife for guest use! In France!!!! No need to say more ;-) Overall a very good experience and I would recommend this flat to anyone who is going to have an extended stay in Paris. I have stayed in Paris many times and will definitely consider working with Welcome2France again. The experience was quite direct and information about the apartment and payments etc. was readily available on their private website."

  • Couldn't ask for a better location

"Stayed here with my wife on our honeymoon. This was my first visit to Paris and the apartment had the Parisian charm I was looking for. There was a bookshelf full of travel books which was nice to help us navigate the streets and monuments. Bathroom was spacious and the kitchen had all the amenities we were looking for. The large terrace was great, we spent some evenings out there enjoying a glass of wine. It was nice to have the bedroom upstairs separate from the living quarters... The bed was comfy and I slept very well, but that could be attributed to the amount of walking we did and by the end of each day I was pretty exhausted. As stated in many of the reviews, the stairs leading up the the bedroom was steep which made getting up and down a little tricky but not overly difficult. The location is amazing, because when you visit Paris who wants to spend that much time in the apartment. It's close to public transportation, shopping and many cafes; the park 2 blocks away is a perfect place to plop down with some cheese and wine. Olivier was easy to deal with and responded to any of my inquiries in a prompt manner. I'd recommend this place to most anyone, it fits 2 people comfortably."
