  • Surprising gem hidden in a quiet courtyard by a busy street.

"My husband and I spent 11 days with a couple of friends at 81 Malesherbes at the end of September 2016. The home is tastefully decorated and clean and very functional. The downstairs bedroom and bath are quite small, but the bed is big and comfortable for two and there is lots of storage. Kitchen has everything you might need to cook and eat, although we only had breakfast ( from the boulangerie around the corner) at home. The washer dryer worked well, the freezer not so much, so we ate the ice cream quickly. The bus stop is right outside the front door and it takes you all the way over to the left bank. Grocery store visible from the front door, cafes and brasseries everywhere, pharmacies on both sides of the street...As soon as we have the opportunity we would like to return. I have recommended the place to friends and have forwarded the vrbo site to my dermatologist who has yet to visit Paris."

  • Ideal location, you get what is offered to you

"I think this is one of the best complements you can do to this nice, small apartment: you get exactly what it is shown in the pictures. And the package is just great. Very nice, centric neighborhood, just a few minutes waling from Tour Eiffel, Metro stations, boulangeries, patticeries, Champ de Mars... Grazziella is following your arrival via mail, and has a nice assistant there in place to facilitate the keys and support you. I can totally recommend this place, and for sure I could use it again for stay during any new trip."

  • This is a very central area of Paris and the apartment is conveniently placed.

"If you want to walk to Notre Dame, or to the shops, this is a place for you. It is very simple, and gives you a taste of life in a very old, Parisian style. The restaurants, bakeries, grocery shops, fruit stands are all around, and you have the feeling of old narrow streets of the grand old days of artists and writers. You can cook or go out to eat. The hop on, hop off buses are handy and so are RER and Metro. All just great. The only draw back is that it is not for people with handicaps as there are steep stairs and the ultimate in tiny elevators. So beware if you have issues with mobility."
