  • Lovely Paris Apartment!!!

"My wife and I, as well as our two sons ages 6 and 8, had a very comfortable stay in Paris. The apartment is compact by US standards, but had everything we needed for a very nice stay. Pascal met us and helped carry our luggage up the five flights of stairs and was extremely helpful with all of our questions. The airline lost my wife's luggage and Pascal was very flexible about ensuring that someone would be available to accept our luggage when we were not there. The space was great and had all the amenities we could want. Additionally, the coffee and breakfast items made the mornings all the easier. I have nothing but positive things to say about our hosts and the space. I would certainly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a Paris get away at a reasonable price."

  • Everything we dreamed it to be!

"We loved everything about our stay and apartment on Ile de St. Louis in Paris! David was a wonderful greeter and filled us with many great ideas and ways to make our stay the absolute best! The apartment was a treasure and we couldn't have had a more wonderful 30th Anniversary celebration. Our hearts go out to our brothers and sisters in France during these difficult times. We fell in love with your beautiful city and country and of course the amazing and beautiful people. Thank you for making us feel so welcome! PS-I can still hear the sweet children playing in the playground. It is the sweetest sound a teacher can hear!"

  • Moulin Rouge with Modern Amenities in Middle of Seine

"Think of the quintessential Parisian visit--rooftop oasis, restored 1600's building, nestled on quaint street in the beloved Ile Saint Louis, a stone's throw to Notre Dame, 3 min walk to the Marais, 5 mins to Latin Quarter & St. Germain des Pres. Walk to Shakespeare & Co, the Pompidou, the Louvre, stroll to your choice of Metro stops. That's how good this location is. Of all my accommodations during my many Paris visits, Ile Saint Louis is my favorite area. Stumbling upon this charming apt, I knew we had found our Parisian home for future visits. After a lengthy flight from the US's West Coast, a driver greeted us, whisking us to Ile Saint Louis into the welcoming arms of Yassmine. Entering through those wood doors that make you wonder what is behind them, we see the inner courtyard and a most welcoming sight--a newly installed elevator. With a quick trip to the top floor & a few stairs to our home for the next week, we were treated to one delight after another. Charming in its rustic, 400 year old style, the apartment was well appointed with the best of today's furniture, linens and appliances. Our first thought was sleep--the bed did not disappoint. High quality mattress with lovely linens had us sleeping soundly for a quick nap before deciding which restaurant and bottle of wine to partake of to kick-start our visit. Settling into the apartment, everything we needed was at our fingertips. The kitchen and bath perfectly equipped; the appliances new, reliable and easy to use. Everything was clean. Plenty of wine glasses and cork screws made our nightly cocktail easy. The TVs had all of the channels an English-speaking tourist could want. Although it was a chilly winter week, the terrace looked appealing, with its view of rooftops and Notre Dame, beckoning us to return again to enjoy the large patio in this urban, yet serene, quiet environment. Everything in the previous reviews are spot-on accurate. Yet, the highest praise goes to Yassmine and her husband--they made us feel like guests in their home, like long-time friends; they were available by phone, text, email; they were responsive to any tiny request or inquiry we had. They set the stage for our Paris visit with memories that are the nexus of romantic stories. The only thing missing was a sight of the Belle Epoque establishment's elephant boudoir from the 1900s, revived by Baz Lurhmann's Moulin Rouge to make us feel like we were starring in a movie. Next Time. C'est la vie. Merci beaucoup!"

  • Perfect Location!

"First of all, thank you for another Paris "Perfect" vacation. As always, the treatment was exemplary, from booking to greeting to servicing of needs while in the apartment. As an added bonus, the apartment was ready for us early, so we had no waiting time between flight arrival and settling in. This was our fourth stay with Paris Perfect, and must say that while the previous three apartments were also in prime locations in the 7th Arrondissement, from this aspect the Château Latour was without a doubt the best so far, being right in the midst of everything one needs for daily apartment living. Bread, cheese, wine, general groceries and transportation, were all incredibly easy to access. As to the apartment itself, the 7th floor location and large balcony made it exceptional for sitting outside (did we mention bread, cheese and wine!), with a close view of the Eiffel Tower on one side and Sacré-Coeur in the distance on the other . We did find the décor a little Spartan, but that's just a matter of personal taste. The only downsides we noted were the lack of an en suite toilet (basin and bathtub/shower only) and a rather small kitchen, but these are minor inconveniences considered against the many positives inherent in this lovely apartment. We'll no doubt be back in due course for visit number five!"
