  • The perfect apartment in a fabulous location!

"This apartment was exactly what we wanted. It was just like the pictures, no surprises. Very clean, light and airy. That corner window in the ceiling was so charming! Philippe was great, very helpful. Why was this the perfect place? Let me give you a list! 1. Elevator. We have stayed in Paris before. We knew that the 5th floor is really the 6th floor to Americans. We knew it would be tiny, but it's better than walking up 6 flights after walking around Paris all day! An elevator is a must. 2. Great size! The two of us found this apartment to be spacious and just the right size. 3. Location! Holy cow, this was AMAZING. We felt like we were right in the heart of everything! It wasn't too cold yet, so we were able to keep the window open when we were "home." The sounds of the bustling city below were great! (But close the window and you hear nothing.) We wasted some time on the Metro to go to Notre Dame and the Louvre, not realizing how close they are to this apartment. We finally figured it out and walked to either location within 15 minutes or less. It was just wonderful! 4. The Square: right in the square, outside of the door, we found so many things we wanted! Restaurants (OMG go to O'Taco....yum), the fountain, a little grocery store, even McDonald's to save a few bucks and still get great coffee! 5. The notebook full of info: this was very helpful. It told us how to work the Euro appliances, where attractions were, just everything! 6. The Murphy bed: So comfy! We aren't tiny people, and we felt so comfortable in the bed. It is not a sofa bed, as mentioned, but I wanted to reiterate that. The couch ends up under the bed when you pull it down. It's a real, comfy mattress. We slept wonderfully! I did a lot of looking before booking a place to stay. Hotels were so much more expensive than this apartment. I don't know why anyone would choose that! We would without a doubt stay here again, if we ever make it back to Paris. I recommend it highly!"

  • Excellent service and location

"We had a really nice stay here with my family. James provided very good instructions and advice on restaurants in Paris. The apartment is charming and we walked everywhere we wanted to go to - even in the rain. Mochas gracias! P"

  • Really really tiny, but location couldn't be better

"If you are over 5'10" (1.78m) tall - forget it. If you are over 40" (100cm) around the middle - forget it. Apart from those caveats, this tiny place is almost perfect. Missing a few small details, like a dishcloth, napkins and a bread knife, but it even has a dishwasher. I have never seen a dishwasher the size of a microwave, but that's what's there! There is also a Nespresso machine hidden away behind the microwave - no space is wasted. The toilet could use a soap dish, a towel rail, and a toilet roll holder, but there is plenty of hot water. The bed is comfortable. The heating works (can't comment on air conditioning). Might be a bit claustrophobic for some as there are no windows, only skylights. There is an elevator but you do have a few stairs to manipulate at the top. Tight, narrow and twisty - large, heavy suitcases are a definite problem. Adrien was really helpful and all services were delivered as promised. The location can't be beaten. Worth a serious look for two (not large) people for a limited stay."

  • The trade-offs are worth it!

"This apartment is centrally located. If you are a walker like we are, then you will enjoy this apartment. From here you can walk pretty much anywhere around Paris. We loved the fact that we were two blocks from the Louvre museum. We jogged along the Seine daily. It was awesome. There are two subway stops near the place as well so that you can save your legs from excessive walking. The food around the apartment was also delicious. The bakery a few doors down was our favorite. You must try the many deserts and sandwiches. The aprtment itself is small but that is a trade-off we were comfortable with. It is a quaint practical apartment that gives you the flavor of being a Parisian. My 11 year old son complained about the noise from the bars below but he was a trooper and slept through night. It is on the fifth floor so pack lightly unless you are ready for a sweat-a-thon. Fernando was great. He was friendly and gave us practical advice. Nancy was helpful from the start. I am recommending this spot to my family. If you want to use the money saved for delicious food, then this place is for you. I would return and rent this from Nancy."
