  • The trade-offs are worth it!

"This apartment is centrally located. If you are a walker like we are, then you will enjoy this apartment. From here you can walk pretty much anywhere around Paris. We loved the fact that we were two blocks from the Louvre museum. We jogged along the Seine daily. It was awesome. There are two subway stops near the place as well so that you can save your legs from excessive walking. The food around the apartment was also delicious. The bakery a few doors down was our favorite. You must try the many deserts and sandwiches. The aprtment itself is small but that is a trade-off we were comfortable with. It is a quaint practical apartment that gives you the flavor of being a Parisian. My 11 year old son complained about the noise from the bars below but he was a trooper and slept through night. It is on the fifth floor so pack lightly unless you are ready for a sweat-a-thon. Fernando was great. He was friendly and gave us practical advice. Nancy was helpful from the start. I am recommending this spot to my family. If you want to use the money saved for delicious food, then this place is for you. I would return and rent this from Nancy."

  • Wonderful location with great acomadations. Clean secure bright comfortable.A second home.

"The check in was easy with clear directions given along with a book with printed details. The beds were comfortable. My daughter slept on a pullout in the living room and appreciated the sliding pullout doors that turned the room into a private space. The other beds and bedrooms were comfortable and there was adequate closet space to place our bags. The bathrooms were clean and modernized. The kitchen was also up to date. A computer was provided with wifi connection. The front door was like that of a bank vault. The building were quiet and the elevator was great for getting the bags up to the flat although we usually took the stairs up and down the winding staircase. There was a locked gate to a courtyard followed by a locked door to the building as well. We had no problems with the apartment and plan to stay here next time we are in Paris."

  • Our best ever Paris trip.

"Our trip to Paris in August 2016 was made even more memorable by our stay in Susan & Christopher’s luxury apartment. No expense has been spared in renovating the apartment to a high standard. Brand new kitchen and bathroom where everything works which is not always the case in other apartments we have rented in Paris. The appliances (dishwasher, oven, washer/dryer, etc.) are all of the best quality. Wish I could take them home with me! The bedroom has a huge king size bed and the windows have both shutters and block out curtains, so comfortable and quiet we didn’t want to get up in the morning. Importantly, the apartment is furnished and decorated with considerable taste. It is a very cosy and attractive and a joy to return to after a day of sightseeing. We were surprised at how quiet the apartment was since it is right in the centre of Paris and on one of the major avenues. Facing an inner courtyard there is no traffic noise whatsoever. We can highly recommend this apartment and will definitely be staying again next time we return to Paris. The owners are Australian but spend several months a year in Paris. Susan is charming, super-efficient and answered all our questions quickly by email. Bonus attractions are the bus and metro right at the door and a large supermarket opposite. Tons of restaurants are in the streets around the apartment. This was our best ever stay in Paris."

  • We can't wait to return!

"My husband and I recently stayed in Philippe's studio apartment for 5 days in July and loved every moment there! As others have previously stated, Philippe is wonderful...friendly, helpful, and speaks English! The apartment has everything you need for your stay in Paris....and is in an excellent location in the heart of Paris. There are shops, restaurants, markets, groceries, bakeries, and even a shopping mall within minutes walk from the apartment. The Metro stops are only a few moments walk and so easy to use. You can also walk to the Seine from the apartment....it's only a five or 10 minutes walk...as well as the Louvre and so many other attractions. It was so lovely to come back to the apartment after a day of exploring the city to unwind with a bottle of wine and watch/listen to the activity of the neighbourhood through the open window. At night you couldn't hear a sound once the window was closed. And not to worry, the AC unit keeps the apartment nice and comfortable at night when the window is closed. You won't regret renting this studio. We'll be back! And Philippe, than you once again for making it such a special visit to Paris. It was so lovely meeting you."
