  • This apartment made our vacation!

"We travelled with two families (3 adults, 3 children total) and found the size of this apartment perfect for everyone to relax at the end of the day. We were in walking distance to everything (even the Eiffel tower was less than 1 hour away along the Seine). We would come home from a beautiful walking day and make dinner in the apartment, thus saving a lot and allowing us to take some day trips to castles and churches. The apartment is just as described, and so close to the Louvre, the L'Orangerie, etc., that we didn't even need to take the metro as anticipated. It far surpassed our expectations. Olivier Scellier was prompt in meeting us at the apartment, and in responding to any email questions. We want to go back!"

  • Spacious apt in a great section of Paris

"We enjoyed our stay in the apt and especially enjoyed the neighborhood. It is slightly off the tourist area but an easy walk to everything. Juihsiang was prompt with her replies to our questions. The apt is well stocked and very spacious and we would not hesitate to stay here again."

  • Really could not have been better!

"We just got home from staying in Serge's beautiful apartment the last week of April. There is not enough room here to describe how happy we were with this choice of apartments!!! - First, The OWNER Serge was a fantastic host... So helpful, and anxious to make our stay wonderful. The first thing I said walking in was that the apt. really was MORE beautiful than the pictures let on. - The LOCATION was no less than ideal! The Louvre just a block away, Metro station, Louvre-Rivoli, was steps from the front door with easy connections for every destination, Notre Dame only a 15 minute walk, great restaurants (La Petit Maichon-our favorite) and bakeries for breakfast, easy walk to Isle St. Louis. The stairs were a challenge for a couple 50+ year olds, but very doable. - PEACEFUL - tons of sunlight, beautiful windows, stylishly decorated, so quiet. We loved just relaxing in the living room with cheese and bread watching the news at night. A special widow ledge with plants and birdseed brought beautiful birds to our window. And every convenience has been thoughtfully supplied. -VALUE - felt like we got such a great apartment for the money. - SLEEPING - King size bed was very comfortable, with great closets for clothes and gear. - BATHROOM was really nice, luxury tub was so relaxing, with rainfall shower separate. - KITCHEN had everything you'd need and more. Really, the best selling point for us was the owner, Serge, who was a perfect gentleman, and so helpful--such a gracious and conscientious host. We will absolutely recommend this apartment to friends in the future, and would stay here again without question."

  • Best Apartment & Location in PARIS

"I was lucky enough to spend a month in this glorious apartment. From the arrival at the airport( owner will arrange pick up) It was wonderful after an overnight flight to have someone waiting with your name on a sign to deliver you right to the apt and bring your bags in. Either Eric or his assistant will be waiting to show you around & answer any questions. The apt is fully equipped from the kitchen( which is huge by Paris standards) to the bathroom( hair dryer, soaps, shampoo, towels and even beautiful robes. The location is the best, there isn't anywhere in Paris that you cant walk or (I recommend renting a bike) bike to in under 30 min. There are plenty of sights to see in Paris but please book some apartment time. The balconies overlook the Seine, Notre Dame, the Louvre, Sacre Cour and the best The Eiffel Tower. Sit and watch the lights at night which change on the hour starting at 10pm. If for some crazy reason you feel like you must go out in the morning for coffee The La Corona Café is two steps outside your door. But, I recommend walking to one of the many bakeries and having breakfast on one of the 5 balconies. The apartment is spacious and tastefully decorated. Eric and his assistant are lovely and easy to reach. I only had to get in touch with Eric once to confirm my return trip to the airport and he responded within 10 minutes. The only bad thing is that yes, you will have to eventually leave this heavenly apartment. But, hopefully there will be a return visit. Thanks for the perfect month."
