  • Le Charles V

"We had a delightful stay at Rue Charles V—the large windows filled the studio with light and offered a beautiful view of the rooftops of Paris. The location of St Paul is ideal with short walks in all directions: to Place des Vosges, the Seine and Ile St Louis, and to the BHV department store. Nearby are the wonderful antique shops on Rue St Paul and numerous cafes. Shopping for provisions are easy on Rue Saint Antoine with a Charcuterie, Crémerie, Boucherie (delicious roasted chickens), wine shops, and Monoprix. The apartment contained a shopping cart that came in handy for shopping excursions especially to the nearby Bastille Open Market. Around the corner on Rue de la Cerisaie is a lovely Boulangerie important for early morning breakfasts. The location is convenient to the Metro, bus lines, and taxi stand. The studio was spacious and offered a quiet and comfortable sleep. Our Concierge was most helpful and was there to greet us on our arrival."

  • Fantastic Studio!

"This studio was right in the middle of everything, it was so easy to walk everywhere or hop on the metro. I felt very safe and lots of great food choices. I would definitely stay here again!"

  • Perfect Little Home in Paris

"We recently spent two weeks in this charming little apartment. It was our fourth stay and as per previous times, we found it to be quiet, comfortable, immaculately clean, and cozy. Sandy and Philippe are the best hosts ever. They were there to greet us and help us with our luggage when we arrived. What a pleasure it was to step in and see a lovely bouquet of yellow roses on the table! There was also some excellent wine, pastries, cereals, tea, coffee, cheese straws, cookies...a very generous welcome pack. We like the location of this apartment. There are two metro lines nearby (one is RER B, a direct line to Charles de Gaules and Orly airports), lots of restaurants, grocery stores, bakeries and cheese shops. Since we had great weather, we went to the Arènes de Lutèce, the Jardin du Luxembourg, Place des Vosges, and Canal Saint-Martin for picnics. And thanks to our hosts, we discovered a quaint little bar with a "manouche" jazz trio à la Django Reinhart and also enjoyed some jazz near a "péniche" along the Seine on a balmy evening. Paris at its best. Without any hesitation, we recommend this apartment to anyone wishing to stay in a quaint and lively area within walking distance of the Panthéon, Place de la Sorbonne, Notre-Dame, the Seine, and the Marais. Other sites such as the Louvres, the Arc de Triomphe and the Eiffel Tower can also be reached on foot or with the nearby bus and metro lines."

  • Charming Parisian Apartment

"This apartment was perfect for my husband and me during our May 2016 trip to Paris to celebrate our 35th anniversary. It's very small, but absolutely charming! It is very well located on Ile St. Louis, just steps from the Seine. It's only about a 2-minute walk to the Pont Marie Metro station, and is an easy walk to the Marais, the Latin Quarter, Notre Dame, St. Chapelle, and many more. It was so nice to have a washer/dryer there in the apartment. Every night we bought fruit, croissants, and other goodies at the neighborhood shops to have for breakfast the next morning with our delicious coffee we made in the apartment's espresso machine. The comfortable bedroom and well appointed bathroom were upstairs. Everything was very clean. I cannot say enough good things about our host Pascal. He is so friendly, kind, and helpful! He made sure we knew how to work everything and that we were very comfortable in the apartment. He provides a notebook in the apartment with instructions and maps, etc. He also has a passion for food and wine and made some great restaurant recommendations. We paid our deposit by check, which we got back promptly after our visit. Many thanks to Pascal for making our trip so fabulous! I would not hesitate to recommend this apartment or to stay at this apartment again."
