  • My Paris home...

"I just stayed in this amazing apartment a few weeks ago. The entire experience from start to finish was wonderful! Guillaume always responded quickly to all inquiries prior to check in, making the entire process run extremely smoothly. The apartment itself is in an unbelievable location right in the center of Paris but with a quiet neighborhood feel. The terraces are amazing and I still miss having our morning croissants from the bakery around the corner out there. I highly recommend renting this apartment!"

  • Great Place in a Great Neighborhood

"My wife and I stayed about a week and a half and were very pleased. Let me get the cons out of the way first. These things are very MINOR but, you should be aware: - It's a 6 floor climb up to the apartment, there is a lift , but it's very small. Large luggage may not fit; luggage plus 2 people, no way. - I'm a big man, 6'3" 215 lbs; trying to bathe in the tub was very difficult. - If you come home at night the hallway lights are off. There is a switch as soon as you enter to turn them all on. Once you hit that switch get ready to move as the light is on a timer and will likely turn off before you make it to the apartment. There are switches on the other floors as well, but we didn't know that the 1st night. - Montmartre is an amazing neighborhood, but it's on a hill. Lots of steps getting in and out of the metro, lot of walking up hills to get back to the place at the end of the day. - Walking through Place Emilie Goudeau at night is a little intimidating at first, there were some groups of younger folks drinking and smashing bottles, but we never had any problems. Let me reiterate the items mentioned above are VERY MINOR and should not deter you from renting from In Beau Paris, especially the Rue d'Orchampt property. The Pros: - Very Quaint and comfortable apartment. Well decorated and easily will meet all your needs. We only had 2 people, but it could easily sleep 4 and wouldn't feel too small. The building is secure and safe. - Montmartre is a terrific neighborhood to stay in. Great restaurants, cafes, bakeries, pubs, shops, pharmacies; anything you need is within walking distance. There are 2 or 3 metro stops very close by. Sacre Couer is near and a great place to visit day & night. Rue des Abesses is the main street near the apartment and you can find anything to eat there, and it's all terrific. The neighborhood is quiet, yet entertaining. You really feel like a local there. - In Beau Paris and Jean Noel do a terrific job of explaining the rental process, check in, and how the apartment works. If you read the instructions and follow the steps you should have no problems. If something comes up you can call or email and they are able to help right away. I would definitely recommend this place. Should we be fortunate enough to make a return trip to Paris we would definitely look to stay here again."

  • Great Location - Nice Apartment

"We enjoyed our stay and would recommend the apartment. Pro's - Awesome location (20 minutes to Eiffel Tower - 10 minutes to the river - right on a metro stop and taxi stand). Cafe's right outside. Washer and dryer was helpful. Elevator was helpful (very small, but good for brining heavy bags up to the 4th floor (5th US)). Owner responded quickly and was helpful. Living room is comfortable and it has good TV and wifi. Con's - One shower was so small that the three of us could not use it. Kitchen is very small but has all essential appliances (we could not prepare much of a meal there). Prepare to go to the store as soon as you get here (about a 10 minute walk). No dishwasher soap, laundry soap, only one roll of toilet paper, etc. Prepare to buy or bring any consumables that you plan to use. Owner needed final payment in cash, which took us several days of ATM withdrawals in advance of our stay to accumulate for our 4 night stay. Overall, I would stay again."
