  • Wonderful apartment, great location

"This wonderful apartment has the charm of old beams and the pleasure of lovely new furnishings. It has style as well as a great location in the heart of the 5th. You can walk to Notre Dame, Ste Chapelle, the Latin district, and there are many restaurants on this street and nearby. You can walk in the early morning to the boulangerie and have old Paris to yourself. At night you can go to concerts, walk along the Seine, or get a glimpse of the Eiffel out the window. We were four adults. The apartment was perfect. The beds are very comfortable and the washing machine is so good I asked the owner for the model and number. The owner is a very gracious and knowledgeable person who has made this a special place to stop in Paris."

  • Just as good the second time around...

"We loved it the first time, and were just as happy the second. The studio itself is spacious and well equipped. We enjoy some of its features, which after many Paris rentals, we find special: the large and separate kitchen with a convenient pass-through, an easy to use washing machine, a clothes rack with clothes pins, and lots of amenities which we don't use, like TV and phone. The heading for this studio is "location, location, location," and that couldn't be more accurate: you are in the middle of a lively, safe, semi-pedestrian tourist street loaded with restaurants and stores, 1 block from the metro, and within walking distance of practically everything you wish to see. Be prepared to enter into an old building, though, with narrow spiral stairs, and a very creative way of updating the plumbing facilities: the toilet/sink is one step down from the shower: both are in the hallway. Bring a night lite because there are several steps leading up into the kitchen/bedroom. Most of all, have fun - you are right smack in the middle if the most beautiful city in the world."

  • Fabulous Apartment in Amazing Neighborhood

"Our family of 4 (2 teenage girls) stayed in this wonderful apartment for almost a week during the first week of July. I cannot say enough good things about Josette, the apartment, and the location. The charming apartment provided plenty of space for us; the beds were comfortable; the wifi was great; and all of the available appliances (including the much needed washer/dryer) worked great and were easy to use. The apartment was well stocked for our arrival, ensuring we would not need to immediately run to the store. When we did venture out, everything was at our fingertips, as the apartment sits on a quiet street, just off of Rue St Michel, near many cute bistros/brasseries, Luxembourg Gardens, and shopping. Josette was lovely, meeting us when we arrived to make sure we had everything we needed and to show us around the apartment, even arranging a taxi for our return trip to the airport. Many, many thanks for a wonderful stay in Paris!"

  • My Home Away From Home

"My two weeks in Paris came to an end far too soon. Sandy, Philippe & Mulane can't be topped as hosts. They are there to welcome you to Paris & always make you feel very special. I was extremely lucky to be the first guest to sleep in the new bed - it is made in Italy & very comfortable. This was my fourth visit to the apartment & certainly won't be my last. Thanks for a wonderful stay."
