  • This property is a gem.

"This property is exquisite, beautifully decorated in immaculate style. A specious and quiet apartment with everything you need and very well supplied. The bed and bath lines are generous; every appliance is top of the line with quality design and details. It is truly a perfect property."

  • Excellent stay!!

"This is an excellent apartment. First of all, the location could not be better. Walking distance to all the major attractions (Eiffel Tower, Invalides, Museums, etc.), yet in a residential neighborhood. There are supermarkets, cheese shops, fresh fruit stands, drug stores, cafes, restaurants...anything you could want, within 1-2 blocks. The apartment itself is very clean. It has every dish, cup, glass or frying pan you could ever need. The appliances are modern and work well (plus a toaster, dish washer, American style coffee maker, kettle, and super convenient clothes washer and dryer). Leave your hair dryer at home, even that is included. The WIFI worked great. The beds were very comfortable and the linens of good quality. We were met at the apartment by Lucy, who kindly showed us how to operate the appliances (AC, laundry machines, etc.). But the proof of a good rental is when there is a problem. On the third day of our stay the television quit working. We called the owner and had a new TV installed the next day. The owner Pascal was very attentive and quick to respond to all our inquiries. He arranged for transport to the airport for our departure and it all worked perfectly (Thank you Serge!). I will definitely recommend this rental to anyone visiting Paris. Thank you Pascal for making our Paris vacation truly enjoyable."

  • Remarkable week in a luxury Paris St. Germaine apartment

"It's a rare experience to have one's high expectations exceeded, but that was exactly our experience with a one-week rental of this remarkably appointed and stunningly decorated apartment near St. Germaine de Pres. I fear writing too much would suggest I'm a shill, so I will offer a few highlights, which include interior design worthy of a magazine pictorial, a remarkable and eclectic array of art, a contemporary kitchen, a Master Suite bathroom which is a marble laden extravaganza. There is another three-quarter bath, also marble laden and the shower head is one of the 3 best I've ever experienced. Washer and dryer a great perquisite when staying an extended period and the street is not only quiet, but within 100 meters of a gourmet grocery, a quintessential Parisian fromagerie, two excellent wine shops, boulangerie and blocks and blocks of outstanding shopping , restaurants and art galleries. In short, I couldn't write a better review and one literally has to see it to believe it. It made for a remarkable trip and I offer this with some perspective, having stayed at the Four Seasons George V in a suite. I would suggest this over that without hesitation. Last but not least, this lease came with the incomparable Concierge services of a Mr. RIk Gitlin, who not only procured hard-to-get reservations for us at many different spots in Paris, but also kindly modified times and dates, given our short notice requests. He also provided transportation arrangements and offered suggestions for the "not too touristy" tastes of adventurous travel sorts like ourselves. This is a can't miss."

  • Truly ideal location, even better than description

"This rental exceeded our expectations (which were high based on the property description). Everything in the description is exactly right and even more beautiful than expected. We walked everywhere 8-10 miles a day (just like our previous visits to Paris), except taking the metro to Montmartre. The neighborhood is surrounded by government buildings so while it is busy during work hours, it is quieter on weekends. The owner was incredibly accommodating to our plans and last minute postponement due to a threatened air controller strike. The concierge service met us upon arrival and helped with car service to and from the airport. We found charming cafes, bakeries, restaurants, and shops within 2-15 minutes of the apartment to explore during our week stay. A few details to know: the beds are incredibly comfortable, the shower is strong and hot, the A/C was very welcomed during two hot days in the high 80s and the fan on the unit helped with the street noise at night (the windows are very good, but the sirens and motorcycles on St. Germain in the middle of the night can be a bit annoying). The views from the apartment are of treetops and a gorgeous street. Wifi signal is fast and strong and works for streaming video without delay. The tiny 2 person elevator goes up to the 6th floor, and there is a small staircase to the apartment door. The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking at home, and all appliances are very up to date and in perfect working order. The apartment was spotless and obviously is treated with loving care. A welcome binder has instructions for using everything, and maps and reviews for places in the area to check out. We will absolutely be recommending this apartment to all of our friends!"
