  • Comfortable apartment 5 minute walk from the Eiffel Tower

"The apartment has it all. A lovely living room, well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, good shower, in a great location. it is quiet and secure. Loads of restaurants close by. Rue Cler, a charming market street, is a 10 minute walk. Metro is also a 10 minute walk. All in all, a great place in central Paris for a couple."

  • Location, Location, Location

"My wife and I lived in Paris for many years. Returning after several years, we were looking for an apartment in a residential area not far from a major shopping/ tourist area. We found it. 72 Rue de Sevres is located on a stretch with numerous small food/bakery shops. It is also only a ten minute stroll from the Sevres/Babylon shopping area (Bon Marche department store) and the many small Left Bank boutique shops leading to St. Germains des Pres. The apartment is comfortable and large by Paris standards. The kitchen is fully equipped. We had some problems with the Wi-Fi connection, particularly the fact it doesn't cover the master bedroom. Valerie plans to remedy this deficiency. The second bedroom is fine for children or a single adult but would try an adult couple. Valerie is delightful. She was there to greet us and responded to all our questions quickly. We wish her well."

  • Amazing Apartment in the Heart of Local Charm

"My mother, two family friends, and I stayed at this apartment during our 1 week stay in Paris. I've frequently visit Paris, so I was looking for a location that would be in close reach of everything (local restaurants, coffee shops, supermarkets, metro stops, etc). The apartment our arrival was very clean, organized, spacious (emphasis on the space), and bright. Each room could comfortably sleep 2 people. There was a ton of closet space and cabinets for our belongings. I think one of the best things about the apartment was the balconies (and the balcony table and chairs provided) which would be ideal for a nice outdoor meal. The area is quite, and the apartment is located right next to a church so waking up to church bells was very pleasant! All the kitchen appliances are new and modern and great for those who are a little sick of eating out all the time and want to cook something at home. I loved that the apartment was just a few steps from Le Bon Marché (the department store) and Le Grand Épicerie which is an organic supermarket which also has freshly prepared food/meals, breads, really anything you could think of. As an avid art enthusiast, it was pretty amazing that the Musée Rodin was only a few minutes away. If you want to stay in Paris like a local and experience more of La Rive Gauche, then this is the ideal apartment for you!"
