  • Wonderful First Visit to Paris

"My entire family came to see Paris for one week. No matter how hard we worked and tired we grew at "seeing everything," we had this wonderful apartment to return to. Six of us (four adults, two teens) fit wonderfully into the space. The bathrooms were configured so that two people could close separate doors and have showers at the same time. Every morning we used the kitchen and large table to drink coffee and eat croissants. And while the weather was cool the first few days (we needed jackets in July), when it warmed up, the air conditioning was welcome. The best part was the location. The street was never swarming with tourists, and within a very short walk, we could be at the gardens or on the metro. So if you want a wonderful apartment, sparkling clean, centrally located, you should try to rent this one. One final plus: Sophie or Phillipe always answer emails promptly and clearly."

  • Right Where You Want To Be.

"Location Location the saying goes. We (2 of us) couldn't have been happier with the location of this Studio. The Seine is a 5 minute walk away, but regularly took us over an hour because of the great shops, cafes and galleries in between. It overlooks Boulevard Saint Germain, so as soon as you walk out you only have to decide which direction to head for your adventure for the day. We were there for an extended visit and found it very helpful that there is washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, etc in the studio and that there was both a Carrefour & a Monoprix (grocery stores) within a block in either direction. There is a Metro station literally across the street and another at the end of the block as well as a Taxi stand across the street that seemed to always have a car available no matter what time of day it was. The studio was exactly as described, clean & well maintained. The owner was amazingly responsive with regard to answering questions as we prepared for our trip including providing alternate contacts if we needed to reach someone while there. It definitely helped us enjoy our trip knowing what to expect at the end of each day we would recommend this place for friends & family!"

  • Great location !

"This was my first time with VRBO and dealing with Alexandre was easy as he was very helpful answering all the questions that I had as. There was two of us staying in the apartment so there was lots of room. It was fall so closing the windows at night made it easy to block out the street noise from the area. This apartment is typical for the area, clean, with all the amenities, but the place had been well used and looked a bit shabby including the hallways. The apartment is in a centrally located, fun part of Paris with plenty of shops, bars and cafes nearby. I would stay there again."

  • Really really tiny, but location couldn't be better

"If you are over 5'10" (1.78m) tall - forget it. If you are over 40" (100cm) around the middle - forget it. Apart from those caveats, this tiny place is almost perfect. Missing a few small details, like a dishcloth, napkins and a bread knife, but it even has a dishwasher. I have never seen a dishwasher the size of a microwave, but that's what's there! There is also a Nespresso machine hidden away behind the microwave - no space is wasted. The toilet could use a soap dish, a towel rail, and a toilet roll holder, but there is plenty of hot water. The bed is comfortable. The heating works (can't comment on air conditioning). Might be a bit claustrophobic for some as there are no windows, only skylights. There is an elevator but you do have a few stairs to manipulate at the top. Tight, narrow and twisty - large, heavy suitcases are a definite problem. Adrien was really helpful and all services were delivered as promised. The location can't be beaten. Worth a serious look for two (not large) people for a limited stay."
