  • Excellent

"Monsieur Sabatier and his Daughter Marie were very straight forward to deal with, attentive, prompt and overall excellent hosts. The apartment conforms to the description, was clean and was comfortable for two adults and one child during our stay. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking and the apartment is very spacious. Our son also enjoyed the selection of children's toys and books. Another advantage is that although the apartment is located on a busy street near to the center of town, the bedrooms face the rear towards a courtyard so no noise problems at night. The Bigot bakery one block north is hands down our favourite of all that we tried in Versailles. For a cheap take home dinner, the Boucherie Foch just south of the Gare Versailles Rive Droite has a very tasty rotisserie chicken."

  • A gem in Versailles

"The perfect place to stay while you visit Versailles. The apt. Is small, but quite lovely. Jerome has given a lot of attention to making sure your stay will be pleasant. There is a full kitchen, with a freezer big enough to make ice cubes and a large washing machine. The apt is a ten minute walk to the Versailles gardens, which are free, even on Mondays. Be sure to allow enough time to explore the gardens and fountains."

  • A beautiful stay in a wonderful city

"We were welcomed warmly by Elise when we arrived, and Romain checked on us via text to ensure everything was wonderful...and it was! The apartment is stunning, comfortable and ideally located for exploring this wonderful city and access to further afield such as Fontainebleau and Barbizon. The Chateau is literally around the corner and parks to picnic in just a short stroll or bike ride away. Make sure you check out the market in Notre Dame particularly on Sundays when the stalls are overflowing with produce you can cook up in your own little french abode! If you walk to Versailles Chantiers station (15 minutes from the apartment) it is only 12 minutes by train into Montparnasse in Paris! (TIP: ask at the ticket desk for a Mobilis ticket €12 which will get you from Versailles and back and all around the Paris metro for a whole day!) We would highly recommend staying here, felt very much at home and had a fantastic time."
