  • Perfect Parisian Apartment

"This apartment is in a great location near landmarks, restaurants/boulangerie (loved the apricot and butter croissants), shopping/grocery store, bank/ATM, metro and bars/nightlife (we saw a show at Duc des Lombards). The apartment has a lot of character and is well-equipped and offers a washer/drying rack, wifi and free calls to landlines in the U.S. We didn't have to buy anything aside from a few groceries and wine. Being on the top floor, the views are amazing and we were thankful there was a working elevator. It is quiet, allowing for naps and a restful night's sleep after a busy day of sightseeing. The owner's team is very responsive and answered all of my questions from pre-booking to touching base after our stay. Staying in an apartment is the best way to experience Paris and I wouldn't hesitate to rent this apartment again."

  • Just as described

"We were a group of three women traveling to Paris to celebrate the 50th birthday of my niece. We stayed at apt Poncelet which is on the market street of the same name in the 17th. The apartment was just a described and pictured in the pictures. It was very clean and had new kitchen appliances and a new washer and dryer. I do like this area and staying on the market street allowed us to quickly shop for food early in the morning or on our way home in the evening. It is very convenient to the metro at Ternes or Charles de Gaulle Etoile. We took the Bus Direct from the Charles de Gaulle airport and walked to the apartment. I would stay here again."

  • Best location in Paris

"We had the perfect week in Eric's studio which is ideally located in the middle of Paris, but just far enough away from the busier tourist areas. The garden was a delight to return to each day for a relaxing glass of wine. As the apartment was not facing the busy street it was quiet and peaceful which meant sleeping extremely well after walking many kilometers around Paris each day, a real bonus in Paris. We would certainly recommend this apartment."

  • Wonderful hideaway in a prime location

"Our family of four (kids ages 4 & 7) spent a week over the xmas holidays at Kathleen's cozy, artistic Paris hideaway. We found the apartment perfect for a family with 2 small kids, especially the large (for Paris), fully equipped kitchen. The apartment is on the ground floor, but set at the back of an enchanting, gated courtyard, so you have the benefit of not having to climb up flights of stairs with your baggage and kids, but can still enjoy total quiet, due to the courtyard's protection from the street. 3 updated full baths are also a nice treat and there was plenty of hot water. Kathleen was very accommodating with our check in and check out needs, and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. Overall, a very pleasant, reasonably priced experience and the location truly can't be beat."
