  • Better than expected

"We stayed here in early June of 2016. We had a wonderful time. While the Mistral blew from unexpected directions, it wasn't a bother. Pictures do not do this property justice. Location is perfect for exploring the outlying hill towns. Kitchen was well stocked with all the right utensils. The outdoor grill was a nice addition and utilized. The house is extremely comfortable. Great views of the Luberon valley and towns from property. We wish the washing machine came with instructions, as we couldn't figure out how to work it. Other than that we have no complaints about our week long stay at Buisonniere. Serge and Nadine's daughter speaks English and they are great hosts. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!"

  • Einfach wunderbar

This is a great place. We live on the Côte d'Azur and maybe are spoilt and therefore tend to have high expectations. Everything here fulfilled them. The vineyard, large field with cherry trees and a horse to give the odd carrot to was a delight for the kids. Ingrid and Eric are great. Very discrete but are nearby in case you need anything. The Mas has been completely refurbished and boy it shows. Really nice quality and you don't feel like you're in a rental. Big bedrooms and a great pool room to practice your cueing. Our biggest problem was leaving the house to go and explore! This place is situated bang in the middle of the hot spots and must see places and you can even pop home for lunch between visits if you like. Really sad to leave and obviously recommend it highly. You won't be disappointed!"

  • The perfect base for the perfect week

"This was our first family holiday to explore the region and we had three generations to cater for so came with a broad set of needs for which the chosen accommodation needed to cater. The Cottage turned out to be a fantastic choice for us and exceeded expectations in meeting the needs of kids, parents and grandmother. Joucas is a charming little village that is close to all the Luberon hot spots but provides a peaceful retreat when the August crowds elsewhere get overwhelming. Some of our favourite moments were spent wandering up the road for a quiet coffee at La Terrasse. The little ones loved the pool, games and upstairs kids' hideout. The oldies loved the well-equipped kitchen, outdoor dining and comprehensive restaurant and market recommendations. The Cottage is very well presented and private, despite the proximity to the other houses on the property. Nick and Rosemary were helpful and available without being intrusive. Overall, a great spot that we feel lucky to have found."
