  • Clean, Modern, Great Location

"Great apartment in a lovely area! 4 of us stayed here for a week and was ideally located to go and explore Athens. There is a few small shops nearby to go and get essentials and a few lovely restaurants in walking distance. The apartment itself has everything you will need and is very comfortable. It took us a little while to get used to how the oven and the shower worked! George was great at responding to emails and helped us with the airport transfer. Would stay again!"

  • Unexpected turn that ended well!

"Having read the previous reviews I can only echo the sentiments expressed already. My wife and I stayed in the upper apartment and found it just suited perfectly for the two of us. The view from there is gorgeous, especially the sunsets! The nearby Lagonissi commercial district affords plenty of options for all your immediate needs and the location itself allows easy access to interesting spots in all directions. The little towns dotting the coastline boast a variety of restaurants and unique little cafes. My impression of Athens; the people are engaging, the food is delicious, the scenery and weather are beautiful and the historic spots are awe inspiring. My most sincere recommendation, however, is reserved for our host, Con. Our vacation took an unexpectedly sideways turn when my wife’s existing condition deteriorated and she had to be admitted to the hospital (two different times!). Con was there, available with help and advice whenever and wherever it was needed. This was a big relief, having to deal with an unfamiliar language and, even more importantly, an unfamiliar health care system. Needless to say this situation had quite an impact on our schedule, but Con was very flexible and we were able to visit most of the sights in our original plan. I highly recommend taking tours with Con. He is very knowledgeable and you’ll have a great conversation all the way! I can’t end without giving some advice on the Health Care situation. There are two systems; one public and one private. You get adequate but impersonal care in the overwhelmed public system. The private system is well staffed, well equipped and thorough. Make sure you have insurance and go private! ……And enjoy the Athena Riviera!!"

  • Wonderful apartment with a good location in Athens

"We stayed here for three nights in July. The apartment was lovely with a pretty good location. A bit of a hike to the sights 15-20 mins and not too public transport friendly, but not a big issue. They met us at our fairly late flight and Anna could not have been more pleasant to work with. A special young lady who really cared that we had a good time. Apartment was perfect kitchen roomy and complete. We used both the terrace and garden. Bedrooms were a tad small but the amenities were all there. We highly recommend for a 6-8 person group."

  • A lovely flat in a handy location

"I have just had a holiday with three generations of my family in this flat. The location is great. A short taxi ride into Athens centre - you save more by being a little further out than the taxis cost you, but with an excellent shopping street just minutes away. (Although my brother ran to the centre through a park in about 20 minutes - it was tricky to get to the park). Three lovely new pairs of shoes testify to the high quality of the shops. The bakeries are also incredible. Panos met us on the first evening and gave us the keys. He was very helpful throughout our stay and it was nice to have a point of contact. The flat is spacious and comfortable. The third bedroom is not a proper bedroom - it is set back from the sitting room area - it would be nicer if there had a been some kind of a curtain between the sleeping area, the living room and the kitchen so that my brother could have had a bit more privacy. The other two bedrooms were great, with views onto gardens. The flat was very quiet with no neighbour noise, or traffic noise. The area was very safe and we were happy to be out in the night time with an 11 year old and a 78 year old. The bath was huge and high, which was great for the younger members of the party - but not safe for my mum to get into, so she had a good wash instead. All in all it was excellent value for money and we had a really lovely time. I would recommend this flat to others and be happy to stay in it again."
