  • Amazing!

"My family and I stayed in Casa die Cappuccini for 5 days. The house was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was small but had all we needed. The Terrace had a view that was breath taking. The location was perfect for us. Be prepar to climb steps but the location allow us to enjoy the wonderful view. The pictures do not do justice at this magnifecient scenery. The bus station was right outside his place which made it very convenient. Mr. Forestano was just fantastic. He made us feel welcome and gave us information of restaurants and location to the store. Thank you so much for your hospitality. We look forward to return to Casa dei Cappuccini in the near future. The marmalade tasted delicious."

  • a large apartment at a knock down price

"The apartment was spacious and well equipped. It was a fair walk from the beach but also away from the hustle and bustle of am Amalfi. I paid a cheap price when I booked but the prices have since been reviewed and it might not represent such a bargain. The girl who saw us in was very nice and helpful and made us feel welcome. There is no view and the block isn't pretty but for a cheap and spacious accommodation you couldn't beat it for what we paid."

  • Perfect location, Perfect property, Warm Host

"Two couples rented this property for 4 night in early October. Read all the reviews to be able to glean details from each. For us, it was the perfect location from which to explore the coast, and our host Oliver was gracious and helpful both with the property and the region. (Lella was travelling, so we did not get the pleasure of meeting with her.) Other guests used a car service - I drove a 4 door Peugeot wagon, and it is true that you need some bravery and confidence to drive the road along the coast and over the mountains. Lots of switchbacks! I only had to stop and reverse a couple of times to allow the non-budging buses to make the curves - and only brake a few times for the motorcycles to squeeze through small openings. The road is part of the charm!. We parked at Salvator's lot about 200 meters from the steps to Olivers, and it worked out well. We even took a drive to Pompeii for a day trip - something to not miss! So many details have been thought of in the property - read them in other reviews. We primarily used the kitchen for breakfast using the provided foodstuffs, and for a few dinners (of restaurant leftovers) when too tired from the day's activities to go out. We spent a great deal of time in the morning and evening on the terrace overlooking Minori and Maiori - such a perfect view. We decided to take the day cruise on the awesome boat captained by Oliver and crewed by Pietra - so glad we did. Stunningly beautiful scenery and superbly relaxing for our last day. Swam in the crystal blue waters of the Mediterranean for those of us to cared to jump in. How we were able to find such a gem is beyond me. Grateful for the reviews on TripAdvisor to show us the way."

  • Beautiful and Tranquil

"Wonderful stay. The view is incredible. The apartment is away from it all with a healthful hike into it after parking the car. Rosella and her husband were very helpful pointing out the local eateries. Would love to come back with friends when the other apartments are ready. Thanks! Tim and Christiane"
