  • Excellent spot on Amalfi Coast.

"- great location - a grocery store within 100 metres (which is no small thing when you are in coastal towns where walking any distance can mean hundreds of stairs and/or large uphill/downhill travel); one of the best restaurants on the coast is also located within 150 metres; coffee bar and a little pizza restaurant are also a 3 minute walk - great host - her father lives next door and is extremely gracious … it would be helpful if you speak some Italian as we did, but communication through hand signals is possible regardless - parking is in public parking spots on the road up or down from the apartment … you may need to pay a small fee for a parking voucher, but if you are only parked there overnight I believe it’s only Euro 2 - we had both the Tower and the Apartment - both are extremely well appointed and contain everything you might need - the apartments were comfortable and clean - the highlight of booking the Tower is the rooftop where you can sit to watch the sunset or just to get a great view up and down the coast"

  • Wonderful Place to Stay on Amalfi Coast

"We stayed at this lovely property for five days in mid-April 2017. It was perfect. We were two retired couples with a rental car. The property has private off street parking which is hard to find on the Amalfi Coast. The property has a great patio and adjacent sunbathing area as depicted in several photos advertising the property. Inside there is a very comfortable living/dining room. The kitchen is well equipped and has everything you need to prepare your own meals. The bedrooms are good sized with comfortable beds - the master bedroom opens onto a terrace and has a great private bathroom. All in all the apartment (which is somewhat of a misnomer as this is really a small house) is a really, really nice. The property is located in an area known as Furore - which is between the town of Amalfi and Praiano. It is about 700 feet above the coastline so the patio offers a gorgeous view of the coastline and Gulf of Salerno. The center of Furore is about 400 meters away - an easy walk - where a you will find a small market, pharmacy, bar, and post office. The market has about everything you need for your meals. There is also a bus stop across from the market. We did not use the bus but would have if we had stayed longer as the Amalfi Coast roads are narrow and have a few twists and turns. I can't say enough nice things about the owners, Angela and Benjamin. Even though we only stayed at their property for 5 days we felt we had made life-long friends. They were very accommodating and responsive and made our stay very memorable. I don't know if we will be fortunate enough to visit the Amalfi Coast again, but if we do we are staying at this property. As I wrote earlier - its perfect."

  • Book the Tower, it's worth it!!!!

"We got to the Tower late in the evening, but woke up to one of the most beautiful sights ever seen.. The booking was hassle free with the owners and the place has a homely feel to it. We were greeted very warmly and were given lots of advise about the local beaches and places of interest. The restaurants in Conca were absolutely great and everyone in the little village was friendly. Amalfi and Positano is but a short ride away, and there's even a place in Conca where you can rent a scooter. (Highly recommended). We could not fault anything about the accommodation and how it was described to us. Had a great holiday and will definitely go back there. Charl"

  • Beauty everywhere....

"My wife and I brought our three young children (11, 9 and 8) to stay for 5 nights at Villa Babila and we had an amazing time. We met Luca at a local bar so he could guide us to the villa, he also arranged for us to take a boat tour and the boat picked us up on the rocks in front of the villa. A family of wild mountain goats lives on the opposite side of the mountain, which was fun to watch. Incredible time, and the views!"
