  • Lovely vacation home!

"The apartment, La Marinella, was perfectly situated for our visit to the Sorrento area. We were able to utilize convenient public transportation for our sightseeing, both the historic Roman Ruins, and the spectacular Amalfi coast. There is even a private patio where we were able to enjoy our evening meal, surrounded by lemon trees. The kitchen met all our needs, and there is a lovely restaurant on the same block. It was a great place for the two of us!"

  • Clean, tidy, adequately furnished and of a good size

"This is a well maintained property with lovely planting surrounding it. The views are magnificent, you will never tire of the changing skyscapes. Sunsets will live in your memory for ever. and the sight of Mount Vesuvius enveloped in clouds one minute then clear as a picture the next is fascinating. This is an ideal centre from which to explore the the many and diverse historic sites and places of interest that the area abounds with. The trains are on time and we thought them to be very cheap compared to the UK! Vico Equense itself has lovely shops and restaurants, and the local people are both helpful and friendly . If you have any problems you can telephone Renarto who will deal with it very quickly and effectively. We would recommend this property, however, just a couple of things you may need to be aware of. 1. The walk into the town is uphill and fairly steep, about a quarter of a mile. It has a cobbled surface and no pavement. It has quite a lot of traffic at the weekend. 2. The single beds are fine for children /teenagers but our two grown-up chaps found them a tadge on the small side 3. We found the kitchen had plenty of crockery, cutlery etc., but lacked a few things that we would have found helpful such as an electric kettle, a microvwave, and a couple of smaller size pans. (We could have made Jam or cooked a whole salmon but when we wanted to use two small pans at the same time it wasn't possible) also we wanted to beat eggs for omelettes one night and ended up beating them in a storage container!"

  • Vista spettacolare

Gabriella e Battista"

  • A great place in the lively University district

"Our group of 5 stayed in Guiseppe Falconi's great apartment. It is very close to the Universitá metro stop so getting to the train station was very convenient. The apartment is very comfortable and well appointed. We all liked the artwork that Guiseppe has created to hang on the walls. The grocery store is only a short walk away and laundry is also close by. We would definitely recommend this apartment for your next holiday in Napoli."
