  • Excellent Roman apartment

"What a great stay we had. The hostess communication before and during our stay was most helpful. Also, she was so pleasant when meeting us and showing the apartment. The apartment was large, very clean and well stocked, like home. The area it is in was perfect, close enough to walk to the colluseum, yet we felt like locals. Lots of great restaurants, bars, sites and shopping near by. Highly recommended."

  • Perfect Location for a Roman Vacation

"Beautiful apartment close to the major historical sites and with hundreds of restaurants and shops at walking distance. The apartment location is in the hearth of Trastevere, the most typical and vibrant part of downtown Rome. The apartment is very spacious and fully equipped, it allowed me and my family (wife and a children) and my parents in law to have separate quarters and privacy. We also hosted comfortably a Christmas lunch with 12 guests. A lot is happening in Trastevere till late night (which is what makes the area unique) so do expect street noise. The area is blocked to the most of the traffic (only taxy and locals are allowed to drive in the area). Fantastic assistance from Emiliano (property manager) and his staff. They responded to our inquiries within minutes.I will contact them again for my next Roman Vacation."

  • Superb

"This apartment is located in a really nice neighbourhood, Monti, at walking distance from most sights in Rome and only appx 1 km away from Termi, the centralstation (metro, airport buses et c). There is also a heap of nice cafés and restaurants, also visited by locals, in the neighbourhood. The apartment itself is fresh and clean and keeps a relatively high standard. The terrace has no view, but is a nice getaway on the inner yard, though somewhat disturbance from neighbour restaurants occur. Windows not isolated - allows a lot of noice from popular restaurant on the ground floor (good rest. - try it!!). If windows were soundproofed this apartment would have received top review, but our sleep was suffering from noice, even though using earplugs. WiFi - poor, often not working at all. Beds too hard (Italian beds often are). A top madrass would do the trick. Kithchen utensils - no breadboard, no real kitchen knife, no wineglasses (Italy, come on :)), but good cooking pans and plate"
