  • Perfect Rome Apartment!

"Every year my wife and I send a month in Rome. This was our first stay at the Campo Marzio apartment but it won't be our last. This beautiful home is spacious and spotless. With the perfect central Rome location and all the necessities for a long stay. But what really makes it so special is the owner, Ilaria, and her wonderful family, who make your stay an incredible pleasure and easy experience. Grazie, Ilaria Joseph & Carol"

  • Superb location

"We stepped out of the door of the appartment building and were right in the middle of Rome.We thoroughly enjoyed stroling through Rome, in all directions we came across places we wanted to see but also many hidden treasures. We were so central, the teenagers could wander off on their own, shop on the Via del Corso or listen to street musicians in the side streets while we enjoyed an evening walk to the Pantheon or the Piaza Navona. The appartment was perfect for our group,3 adults and three 13 to 16 year old children, we had all we needed. The only thng we missed was meeting Clio, the owner as she was away but she was very much in contact when we needed her. ."

  • Excellent stay-excellent service

"My husband and I stayed 4 days at this lovely apartment. Giuseppe was excellent host, as all have mentioned before. He met us at train station in Rome and had a nice car take us to the apartment. His mother Maria was there to meet us, gave us tour of the apartment and then around the neighborhood to show us ATM's, shops and a great little spot for really good take out food-we had it twice! It's not right in the city center but easy walk to a bus or down hill and across bridge to the number 2 Tram which will get you into the tourist hub. We found we would spend a full day in Rome, then walk back across the bridge and stop at one of the bars/restaurants there for a nice drink or early dinner. The hot tub is genius after a long day of walking the city, we used it every day! The apartment is lovely, great coffee maker, comfortable beds, nice little balcony off the bedroom. The garden area is very pretty too, nice table with chairs, a swing and then the hot tub. Giuseppe was great, he took us into town first day so we could get our bearing and the night tour on night before we left was great, fun to see all the major sites lit up. He took us to a nice wine bar for a drink, just a great host. He is really busy man and he takes the time out to tour you in the city for 2 hours, wonderful. He set up our car service back to the airport, was the same driver that picked us up. A great trip, great apartment, great people, can't ask for anything more."

  • This is a truly elegant and extremely comfortable apartment

"This is a truly elegant and extremely comfortable, quiet apartment in a tremendously convenient & charming location. A few minutes easy walking and you’re in Campo de Fiori buying fresh produce at the farmer’s market, picking out interesting jewelry from a local stall vendor, enjoying gelato in the Piazza Navona, crossing the bridge for dinner in Trastevere, or eating Carciofi alla Giudia at Piperno in the beautiful Jewish quarter directly behind the apartment….the list goes on and on. You can see from the photos how beautiful the apartment is and the sofas and chairs in the large living room are VERY comfortable after a long day out seeing the sites. I slept in one of the twin bedrooms and can honestly say the beds are extremely comfortable (and I’m a larger person), with very nice linens and good pillows (which I’ve found isn’t always the case in Europe). And to literally top it all off is the unbelievably huge rooftop terrace with lots of cozy seating! It’s such a wonderful place to entertain, or simply sit with a book and glass of wine, watching the city change color as the sun sets, looking out over the rooftops and cathedral domes, with Swifts and Seagulls flying by calling as the bell towers ring. It’s like being in a movie-set…but it’s REAL!! Oh how I long to be back in Roma at the Landini apartment!"
