  • Superbe appartement

"Appartement idéalement situé pour visiter Rome à pied. Pour les moins courageux, stations bus et tram à côté , commerces et restos à proximité . Seul bémol, cuisine petite pour manger à 4 . Propriétaire très sympa . On reviendra!"

  • So happy we chose this place

"Excellent location close to restaurants and transit. Night life was bustling in this area but the apartment is not in a noisy place as it is on the edge of the bustle. The apartment was clean and exactly as shown in the photos; and even a bit larger than we expected. It was clean and if we went to Rome again we would stay here as the price was reasonable, and the owner helped us out with tours and suggestions."

  • The perfect place to stay

"This was our first experience renting an apartment instead of a hotel room. Thankfully it was a great choice. Paolo greeted us and went over everything we needed to know about the apartment and the area. He is quick to respond to any issues or questions as well. The apartment is spacious and was very clean, with a lot of sunlight. Everything you need is provided and the air conditioning works great. The kitchen has all the essentials if you wanted to cook or eat and it is fully equipped, there is even a dishwasher and a Nespresso coffee machine. The patio space is a relaxing and great area to unwind. The area around the apartment is incredible especially at night. Lots of cafes, bars and entertainment in the streets. It is a lively area but surprisingly you do not hear any noise in the apartment. The bed is very comfortable after a long day of touring. The sofa bed as well is comfortable. We walked to most of the attractions or took the tram and subway. It is also a bonus that the apartment is on the first floor so you don't have to lug your bags up a staircase. We felt very safe and secure and loved having a home away from home. We would definitely recommend this apartment to our family and friends."

  • Excellent apartment in a great location!

"This apartment more than did the job for our family of six. The location was excellent, located close to the Vatican and along the Tiber. Pretty much all the sites were a mile away or less, though the Colosseum was closer to two miles away. But it's Rome and the walks, especially during our November trip, were amazing with plenty of nice alleys, fountains, old churches and buildings and gelato! Mostly, we walked into the historic areas, but used that bus stop directly outside the apartment on one occasion. No Metro lines or stops close by, but you won't need it. Paola, our host, was very kind and met us around noon to let us in to the apartment. She also had a number of recommendations for us for dining. Just down stairs from the apartment you will find two restaurants and a Mini-Mart. Very convenient. The furnishings were in good condition and the apartment was clean. The shower tended to overflow a bit since it has a door-less design, but the water was predictably hot. Unfortunately, the wireless internet was quite spotty. Though, we were mostly exhausted at the end of long sight-seeing days and didn't require internet or television very much. Overall, this was a lovely apartment, capable of handling six people on three double beds. I would definitely stay there again when we return to Rome."
