  • Good apartment, great location

"The strengths of this property are its excellent location, within 2-3' walk of the Pantheon, about 20' to the Vatican, and 25' to the Colosseum. The apartment is spacious and the kitchens are in good condition. We made use of all 6 bedrooms and were not crowded. A limitation is that the apartment infrastructure could use some attention- for example, lighting is a little bit dim in some of the rooms, and some of the bedrooms were based on the use of pull-out couches with mattresses that were fine but would be better with a true bed and better mattress."

  • Location Perfect! Tight for 4. Great value!

"This place is ideally located right in the heart of the old city, about 5 minute walk to Piazza Navona, and only 1-minute from the most popular gelateria, Frigidarium! The apartment is very nice, but cramped for 4 people...more like a hotel room with a small cove for cooking. Very nice bathroom. A/C in July was a must and this A/C unit was fair. On third floor, so be prepared to climb some steps. This was a wonderful launching place to visit Rome by foot, and had very easy access to bus for travel to Termini train station. Only a stone's throw from small grocery store. Olivia was a very helpful host and gave us some good tips. Thanks for a great visit! Joel, Kelley, Aidan and Hannah"

  • A great place!

"My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon, and loved our time in this neighborhood. The apartment is spacious, offers several amenities, and is no more expensive than a hotel room. The kitchen was used to create meals for lunch, which saved us money, and the washing machine allowed us to travel light. More impressive than the amenities, was the location. It is very close to many of the things you'd want to see, while giving a short glimpse into what it would be like to live in Rome. Fabrizio, the owner of the property, was wonderful to work with. He was attentive to our needs and was easy to communicate with. Overall, we had a great experience and would do it again when we visit Rome."
